a bit about me:

Presently, I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar, India. Prior to this, I was a Post-doctoral Fellow at University of Waterloo, Canada, under the guidance of Prof. Sagar Naik. I completed my PhD degree (2015) from the School of Information Technology, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, under the guidance of Prof. Sudip Misra. I received my MTech (2007) degree from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, India, and Bachelor (with distinction, 2002) degree from North Orissa University, Odisha, India. Prior to joining PhD, I have a total of 6 years of teaching experience to undergraduate students at MCKV Institute of Engineering, Howrah, India, and Seemanta Engineering College, Odisha, India.
