For ‘After The Moment’, sculptor Liam Fallon has installed his work ‘Aftermath II’. The arrows act as a sculptural intervention which re-contextualises the gallery's location as a toilet into a site of yearning and sentimentality.

In classical mythology, Cupid carries two kinds of arrows, or darts, one with a sharp golden point, and the other with a blunt tip of lead. A person wounded by the golden arrow is filled with uncontrollable desire, but the one struck by the lead feels aversion and desires only to flee. Here, someone has aimed their shot and seemingly missed.

Vernissage: The opening event for the exhibition will take place on 7th of September between 6 and 8pm.
