Was Hymer North America closed to avoid the cost and LIABILITY of the safety defects?

Erwin Hymer Group - NA was driven into receivership before the Erwin Hymer Group was sold

The safety campaign, legal action and legislative action is moving ahead faster and harder than ever. There is no need to file more complaints. Many thanks to everyone who filed.

The remainder of this page is unchanged and FYI-only

We love our Hymer and want Hymer/Roadtrek to succeed and grow to be #1. Hymer, NA has serious quality and safety problems that are putting RV owners lives at risk. SUIET Hacks, LLC has tried every means of communication and Hymer has not constructively responded. Every passing day raises the possibility someone will be injured or killed by a Hymer/Roadtrek. Hymer has known about the risk so long that the settlement from such a tragedy could take the company down.

We now ask you to exercise your right to file a complaint so governmental authorities will help. Your attorney general will take it from there. Please do not file a class action suit or personal law suit since those will bleed Hymer dry and delay our needed safety repairs. SUIET Hacks, LLC only grants rights for our evidence to be used by governmental authorities.

Attorneys General prosecute cases that serve the general public good and this is such a cause. The more owners that file a complaint in one state and more total states involved, the faster Hymer will make us safe.

Your Hymer Aktiv, Roadtrek, and Carado are certified to be compliant to National Fire Protection Association safety code NFPA-1192. Every Aktiv, Carado and Roadtrek that SUIET Hacks, LLC inspected with the MicroGreen Inverter is non-compliant. The safety violations can lead to serious burns or electrocution. SUIET Hacks, LLC has collected and documented evidence of these NFPA violations so you can easily to file a complaint of potential fraud.

Information to Help You File

Each state requires much of the same information on their corporation complaint forms. Here are FAQs that will help you answer this questions. Your answers may be different. A

  • Am I filing a suit? Can Hymer counter-sue? No and no. You are not asking the Attorney General to be your lawyer in a private suit; you are filing a complaint and asking the government to investigate.
