Welcome to "Sudoku Master (sudu)" (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. Services

The App provides Sudoku gameplay, progress tracking, statistics, language and sound settings, iCloud sync, and subscription/lifetime purchase features. Actual features are subject to what is available in the App.

## 2. Acceptable Use

1. You must use the App lawfully and in compliance with applicable regulations.

2. You must not reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App's normal operation.

3. You must not abuse the App in ways that harm other users or platform services.

## 3. Membership and Purchases

1. Subscription and lifetime purchase transactions are processed through Apple App Store.

2. Subscriptions may auto-renew; you can manage or cancel in App Store settings.

3. Pricing, trials, and promotions are subject to Apple's storefront display.

4. Restore Purchases only restores entitlements under the same Apple ID.

## 4. Data and Sync

1. Your progress, statistics, and settings may be stored locally on your device.

2. If you enable iCloud, related data may sync across your devices through Apple iCloud/CloudKit.

3. If sync is delayed or fails due to network, system, or third-party platform factors, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

## 5. Intellectual Property

The App and related content (including UI, graphics, text, and code) are protected by law. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is allowed without permission.

## 6. Disclaimer

1. The App is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

2. For issues caused by network, device system, Apple services, or other uncontrollable factors, we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

## 7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App beyond legal requirements.

## 8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms due to product or legal changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations. Disputes should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; otherwise handled in accordance with law.
