Terms of Service - SudsByStagg Auto Detailing

1. Services: SudsByStagg provides auto detailing services, including but not limited to exterior washing, waxing, interior cleaning, and engine detailing. 

2. Vehicle Preparation: 

• Personal Belongings: Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle prior to the detailing service.

• Empty Compartments: Please empty all compartments, including glove boxes, center consoles, and door pockets.

• Car Seats: Please remove car seats and booster seats before the detailing service.

• Valuables: Please remove any cash, jewelry, or other valuables from the vehicle.

3. Liability:

• Damage:
  SudsByStagg is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to paint imperfections, scratches, dents, or other conditions. 

• Loss of Personal Property:
  SudsByStagg is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property left inside or outside the vehicle during the detailing service. 

• Battery Discharge:
  SudsByStagg is not liable for discharged batteries. 

• Service Area:
  Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is serviced in a safe and lawful area. 

4. Payment:

• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. 

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and [other payment methods]. 

• Surcharges: We reserve the right to apply surcharges for excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. 

• Pricing: We reserve the right to amend any price during the detailing should it differ from the original price. 

5. Cancellation Policy: 

• Notice: We require [number] hours notice to cancel any booking/detailing service.

• Deposit: Failure to provide [number] hours advance notice of cancellation will result in loss of your deposit fee.
