This Privacy Policy explains what information the Sudoku Crazy! mobile game ("the app", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.
Information you provide. When you first open the app, we ask for:
Name — shown next to your score on the in-app leaderboard.
Email address — used to associate and save your progress.
Information collected automatically.
Gameplay data — your points, rank, diamonds, daily streak, stars, and levels/challenges completed.
An anonymous identifier — Firebase Authentication assigns your device a random, anonymous ID so your record can be saved and updated. It is not linked to any Google account and does not identify you personally.
We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, precise device identifiers, or advertising IDs. The app contains no ads (not permanent).
To save your game progress and sync it to the cloud.
To display your name, rank, and score on the global leaderboard.
To operate, maintain, and improve the game.
Your name, rank, points, and number of puzzles solved are visible to other players on the in-app leaderboard. Your email address is never shown to other players.
We use Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to authenticate anonymously and store your profile and leaderboard data. Your data is processed by Google under their terms. See the Firebase Privacy and Security and Google Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep your data while you use the app. You can:
Clear your data on the device and remove your leaderboard record using Settings → Reset progress in the app; or
Request deletion of your stored data by emailing us (below). We will delete it within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and stored on Google's secured infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
