개발자 Heex(이하 “개발자”)는 Sudoku Clash(이하 “앱”) 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령 및 Google Play 정책을 준수하기 위해 본 개인정보처리방침을 공개합니다.
Sudoku Clash는 별도의 회원가입을 요구하지 않으며, 이용자의 이름, 주소, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 결제 카드 정보와 같은 직접적인 개인정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
다만 게임 기능 제공, 랭킹 제공, 앱 버전 확인, 부정 이용 방지 및 서비스 운영을 위해 다음과 같은 정보가 수집 또는 처리될 수 있습니다.

기기에 저장되는 게임 설정, 통계, 튜토리얼 상태 등의 정보는 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 초기화를 통해 삭제할 수 있습니다.
서버에 저장되는 랭킹 및 플레이어 정보는 서비스 제공 및 랭킹 유지에 필요한 기간 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.
이용자가 삭제를 요청하거나, 서비스 운영상 더 이상 보관할 필요가 없는 경우 해당 정보는 삭제될 수 있습니다.

Sudoku Clash는 Google AdMob을 통해 맞춤형 광고 또는 비맞춤형 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 Android 기기의 개인정보 보호 또는 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있으며, Google 광고 설정을 통해 맞춤형 광고 관련 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.
맞춤형 광고를 제한하더라도 비맞춤형 광고는 표시될 수 있습니다.
개발자는 이용자의 정보를 보호하기 위해 합리적인 기술적, 관리적 조치를 적용합니다.
서버와 통신하는 정보는 가능한 경우 암호화된 통신 방식을 사용합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 정보 전송 또는 전자적 저장 방식은 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다.

Developer Heex (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of users of Sudoku Clash (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, or processed when users access or use the App.
Sudoku Clash does not require account registration and does not ask users to provide direct personal information such as real name, address, phone number, email address, or payment card information.
However, the following information may be collected or processed to provide game features, rankings, app version checks, service operation, and fraud prevention.

The Developer stores only the minimum information necessary for ranking and player identification purposes. The Developer does not directly collect phone numbers, email addresses, precise location information, or payment information.
Sudoku Clash may display advertisements through Google AdMob.

Sudoku Clash is designed to avoid excessive advertising during gameplay. Some features may be available after watching a rewarded advertisement.

Information stored on the user’s device, such as settings, statistics, and tutorial status, may be deleted by uninstalling the App or clearing the App’s data.
Ranking and player information stored on servers may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and maintain rankings.
Such information may be deleted when the user requests deletion or when it is no longer necessary for service operation.
Users may manage or delete App-related information by:

Clearing the App’s data through Android settings
Using the in-App statistics reset feature
Resetting or deleting the advertising ID
Contacting the Developer to request deletion
If users wish to request deletion of server-stored player information or ranking data, they may contact the Developer by email with their Player ID shown in the App.

Sudoku Clash may display personalized or non-personalized advertisements through Google AdMob.
Users may reset or delete their advertising ID and manage ad personalization preferences through the privacy or advertising settings of their Android device or Google account.
Non-personalized advertisements may still be displayed when personalized advertising is restricted.
The Developer applies reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect user information.
Information transmitted to servers is sent using secure communication methods where possible. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Sudoku Clash is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13, and the Developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that a child’s information has been collected improperly, they may contact the Developer to request deletion or other appropriate action.
Information processed through Google AdMob, AWS, or other external services may be processed on servers located outside the user’s country of residence.
Such processing is governed by each service provider’s privacy policy, security practices, and applicable laws.
