데이터 삭제 요청 방법 (수달 / Sudal)
수달은 계정이 없으며, 일기·감정 기록·대화는 이용자의 휴대폰 안에만 저장됩니다.
다음 방법으로 언제든 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
· 대화만 삭제: 앱 → 설정 → '대화 기억에서 지우기'
· 전체 삭제: 앱 → 설정 → 전체 삭제
· 앱 삭제: 앱을 지우면 기기 내 기록도 함께 삭제됩니다
삭제되는 데이터: 대화 내용, 감정 기록, 일기, 워크북 기록, 검사 결과, 이용 설정
자동 삭제: 무료 이용자의 대화 원문은 작성 90일 후 자동 정리됩니다
별도 보관: 저희 서버는 대화 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 자동 백업을 켠 경우 암호로 잠근 백업 파일 1개가 당신의 Google 계정에 보관되며, 설정에서 자동 백업을 끄면 다음 백업 때 비워집니다. 앱 이용 분석 정보(아래 5-1)는 Google 이 자체 정책에 따라 보관합니다.

1. 우리가 지키는 원칙
- 계정이 없습니다. 이름·이메일·전화번호를 받지 않으며, 익명으로 이용합니다.
- 당신의 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. 대화·감정·일기·워크북 기록은 기본적으로 당신의 휴대폰 안에만 있습니다.
- 광고에 대화를 쓰지 않습니다. 대화 내용을 광고 타게팅이나 판매에 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 수집·처리하는 정보
- 대화 내용: 사용자가 입력한 채팅 메시지 — 기기 내 DB
- 감정 기록: 감정 체크인·강도·메모 — 기기 내 DB
- 일기: 대화에서 저장한 일기·감사일기 — 기기 내 DB
- 워크북 기록: 사고기록·문제해결·행동실험 등 — 기기 내 DB
- 이용 설정: 말투 선호·동의 범위 — 기기 내 저장소

민감정보 안내: 대화·감정·일기 기록에는 정신건강과 관련된 민감한 내용이 포함될 수 있습니다. 이 정보는 기본적으로 기기에만 저장되며, 사용자가 직접 관리(열람·내보내기·삭제)합니다.
3. AI 응답 생성을 위한 처리 (중요)
- 더 나은 응답을 만들기 위해, 당신의 대화 내용은 AI 언어모델 서비스로 전송·처리됩니다. 즉 대화는 응답 생성 과정에서 당신의 기기를 떠나 처리됩니다.
- AI 기능을 직접 눌러 쓸 때도 같습니다. 일기·감사 일기의 「AI 코멘트 받기」, 일기 「AI로 다듬기」, 연습장의 「수달의 해석」, 인사이트의 회고·심층 분석·관찰 일지를 요청하면, 그 기능에 필요한 일기·기록 내용이 같은 방식으로 전송·처리됩니다. 누르지 않으면 전송되지 않습니다.
- 처리 위탁 현황 — 개인정보의 국외 이전 안내:
· 이전받는 자: DeepInfra, Inc. (미국) · 개인정보 문의: https://deepinfra.com/privacy
· 이전되는 항목: AI 응답 생성을 위해 전송되는 대화 내용, 그리고 당신이 AI 기능을 요청한 일기·감사 일기·연습장 기록·기록 요약 (이름·이메일 등 계정 정보는 애초에 수집하지 않으므로 포함되지 않습니다)
· 이전 국가·시기·방법: 미국 · 사용자가 대화를 보내거나 AI 기능을 요청할 때마다 · HTTPS 암호화 전송
· 이용 목적: AI 응답 생성 (그 외 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다)
· 보유 기간: 원칙적으로 저장하지 않습니다 — 제공사는 요청 내용을 디스크에 저장하지 않고 모델 학습에도 사용하지 않는 무보관(zero-retention) 정책을 둡니다. 다만 오류 진단·보안 목적으로 요청의 일부를 일시적으로 확인·기록할 수 있습니다. (제공사 데이터 정책 · SOC 2·ISO 27001 인증, 2026년 7월 25일 확인)
· 이전을 원하지 않는 경우: AI 대화와 위 AI 기능을 사용하지 않을 수 있습니다 (감정 기록·일기·워크북을 쓰고 저장하는 것은 이전 없이 이용 가능). 다만 AI 대화와 AI 기능은 이 처리 없이는 제공될 수 없습니다.
· 전송 방식: 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 암호화합니다.
- 우리 서버(게이트웨이)는 응답 생성을 중계할 뿐, 대화 내용을 저장하지 않습니다. 서버에는 요청 시각·글자 수·응답 시간 같은 사용량 지표만 남으며, 여기에 대화 내용은 포함되지 않습니다.
4. 보관 기간과 파기
- 감정 기록·워크북 기록·저장한 일기·이용 설정 등 기기 내 기록은 당신이 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다.
- 대화 원문(채팅 메시지):
· 무료 이용자는 각 대화 메시지가 작성된 지 90일이 지나면 자동으로 정리(삭제)됩니다.
· 유료(구독) 이용자는 구독을 유지하는 동안 대화 원문이 보관됩니다.
· 대화에서 저장한 일기·감정 기록·검사 결과는 자동 정리 대상이 아니며, 당신이 삭제할 때까지 그대로 남습니다.
- 앱 설정의 '대화 기억에서 지우기'로 언제든 대화 기록 전체를 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다(저장한 일기는 보존).
- 앱 설정에서 언제든 전체 내보내기와 전체 삭제(데이터 삭제)를 할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 기록도 함께 삭제됩니다(백업이 없는 경우).
- 자동 백업(선택): 설정에서 켜면, 기록 전체를 당신이 정한 백업 암호로 잠근 파일 1개를 하루 한 번 만들고, Android 기본 백업 기능이 이 파일을 당신의 Google 계정에 보관합니다(Google 이 운영하며 수달 운영자는 이 보관소에 접근하지 않습니다). 암호와 복구 코드는 당신만 갖고 있어 운영자를 포함한 누구도 파일을 열 수 없고, 둘 다 잃으면 되살릴 수 없습니다. 설정에서 끄면 기기의 백업 파일이 삭제되고, Google 계정의 백업도 다음 백업 때 비워집니다. 이 파일 외의 설정·데이터베이스는 백업되지 않습니다.
5. 광고
- 무료 이용을 위해 리워드형 광고(Google AdMob)를 제공합니다.
- 대화·감정·일기·워크북 내용은 광고에 사용하지 않습니다.
- 광고 제공사는 광고 식별자 등 기기 정보를 자체 정책에 따라 수집할 수 있습니다.
5-1. 앱 이용 분석 (Google 애널리틱스 for Firebase)
- 광고 효과를 확인하기 위해 Google 애널리틱스 for Firebase를 사용합니다. Google 애즈는 이 정보로 "광고를 보고 앱을 설치·구독했는지"를 셉니다.
- 보내는 것: 앱 설치·첫 실행·실행 시간 같은 자동 수집 이벤트와, 우리가 고른 이벤트 4가지(온보딩 완료·대화 보내기·광고 시청 완료·구독)의 발생 여부와 숫자뿐입니다. 이와 함께 Google 이 앱 인스턴스 ID·광고 식별자·기기 종류·OS 버전·대략적 지역(국가)을 수집합니다.
- 보내지 않는 것: 대화·감정·일기·워크북의 내용은 보내지 않습니다. 이벤트에는 글자 원문이 실리지 않습니다.
- 이 정보는 Google 이 자체 정책에 따라 처리합니다: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- 광고 식별자는 기기 설정(Google → 광고 → 광고 ID 삭제)에서 지우거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
6. 보안
- 기록은 기기 내에 저장되며, 기기 데이터베이스는 AES-256으로 암호화(SQLCipher)되어 저장됩니다. 암호화 키는 Android Keystore로 보호되어 앱 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
- 전송 구간은 HTTPS로 보호합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
- 자신의 기록을 열람·내보내기·삭제할 수 있습니다(앱 설정 제공).
- 선택 동의(예: 익명 통계)는 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동의 개인정보
- 본 서비스는 만 14세 이상 이용을 권장합니다(한국 개인정보 보호법 기준).
- 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하는 서비스가 아니며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
9. 의료 서비스가 아님 · 위기 안내
- 수달은 진단·치료·전문 심리상담을 대체하지 않습니다.
- 위급하거나 자·타해 위험이 있을 때는 즉시 가까이 있는 사람이나 전문가, 또는 거주 지역의 응급 서비스에 연락하세요. 한국에서는 자살예방상담전화 109(24시간), 응급 119.
10. 방침의 변경 · 문의
- 본 방침이 변경되면 앱 내 고지합니다.

How to request data deletion (Sudal)
Sudal has no accounts. Your diary, mood records and conversations are stored only on your phone.
You can delete them yourself at any time:
· Conversations only: App → Settings → "Clear conversation memory"
· Everything: App → Settings → Delete all
· Uninstall: removing the app also removes the records on your device
Data deleted: conversations, mood records, diary entries, workbook records, check results, settings
Automatic deletion: for free users, conversation messages are cleared 90 days after they were written
Kept elsewhere: our server does not store conversations. If you turned on auto backup, one password-locked backup file is kept in your Google account; turning auto backup off in Settings clears it at the next backup. App usage analytics (see 5-1) are kept by Google under its own policy.

1. Our principles
- No accounts. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number; you use the app anonymously.
- Your records stay on your device. Conversations, mood records, diary and workbook records are kept on your phone by default.
- We do not use your conversations for ads. Conversation content is never used for ad targeting or sold.
2. Information we collect and process
- Conversations: chat messages you type — on-device database
- Mood records: mood check-ins, intensity, notes — on-device database
- Diary: diary and gratitude entries saved from conversations — on-device database
- Workbook records: thought records, problem solving, behavioral experiments, etc. — on-device database
- Settings: tone preferences, consent choices — on-device storage
- Advertising ID: may be collected by the ad SDK (Google AdMob) when rewarded ads are shown — Google AdMob
- App usage log: which screens were opened, etc. (not personally identifiable) — on-device database
- App usage analytics: usage events such as install, launch and subscription, together with the app instance ID, advertising ID, device model, OS version and approximate region (country) — Google Analytics for Firebase (Google)
- Auto backup file (only if turned on): one file containing all of the above, locked with a backup password you choose — your Google account (Android Backup)
Sensitive information: conversations, mood and diary records may contain sensitive information related to mental health. This information is stored on your device by default, and you manage it yourself (view, export, delete).
3. Processing to generate AI replies (important)
- To generate replies, your conversation content is sent to and processed by an AI language model service. This means your conversation leaves your device while a reply is being generated.
- The same applies when you tap an AI feature yourself. If you request an AI comment on a diary or gratitude entry, "Polish with AI" for a diary, Sudal's interpretation in the Workbook, or a review, in-depth analysis or observation log in Insights, the diary or record content needed for that feature is sent and processed in the same way. Nothing is sent unless you tap.
- Processor and international transfer:
· Recipient: DeepInfra, Inc. (United States) · privacy contact: https://deepinfra.com/privacy
· Data transferred: conversation content sent to generate an AI reply, and the diary entries, gratitude entries, workbook records and record summaries for which you request an AI feature (account information such as name or email is never collected, so it is not included)
· Country, timing, method: United States · each time you send a message or request an AI feature · encrypted over HTTPS
· Purpose: generating AI replies only
· Retention: not stored as a rule — the provider has a zero-retention policy and does not store requests on disk or use them for training. It may temporarily inspect or log parts of a request for error diagnosis and security. (Provider data policy · SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, checked July 25, 2026)
· If you do not want this transfer: you can choose not to use AI chat and the AI features above (writing and saving mood records, diary entries and workbooks works without it). AI chat and AI features cannot be provided without this processing.
· Transmission: encrypted over HTTPS.
- Our server (gateway) only relays the request and does not store conversation content. It keeps only usage metrics such as request time, character count and response time, which do not include conversation content.
4. Retention and deletion
- On-device records such as mood records, workbook records, saved diary entries and settings are kept until you delete them.
- Conversation messages:
· For free users, each message is automatically cleared 90 days after it was written.
· For subscribers, messages are kept while the subscription is active.
· Diary entries, mood records and check results saved from conversations are not cleared automatically and stay until you delete them.
- You can delete all conversations at any time with "Clear conversation memory" in Settings (saved diary entries are kept).
- You can export or delete everything at any time in Settings.
- Uninstalling the app also removes the records on your device (unless you have a backup).
- Auto backup (optional): if you turn it on in Settings, the app creates one file containing all your records, locked with a backup password you choose, once a day, and Android's built-in backup keeps this file in your Google account (operated by Google; the Sudal operator has no access to it). Only you hold the password and recovery code, so no one, including the operator, can open the file; if you lose both, it cannot be restored. Turning it off in Settings deletes the backup file on the device, and the backup in your Google account is cleared at the next backup. No other settings or databases are backed up.
5. Advertising
- We show rewarded ads (Google AdMob) so the app can be used for free.
- Conversation, mood, diary and workbook content is never used for ads.
- The ad provider may collect device information such as the advertising ID under its own policy.
5-1. App usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
- We use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure ad effectiveness. Google Ads uses this to count whether people installed or subscribed after seeing an ad.
- What is sent: automatically collected events such as install, first launch and time spent in the app, plus whether and how many times four events we chose occurred (onboarding completed, message sent, rewarded ad completed, subscription). Along with these, Google collects the app instance ID, advertising ID, device model, OS version and approximate region (country).
- What is not sent: the content of your conversations, moods, diary or workbooks. Events never contain your text.
- Google processes this information under its own policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings (Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID).
6. Security
- Records are stored on your device, and the device database is encrypted with AES-256 (SQLCipher). The encryption key is protected by Android Keystore and never leaves the app.
- Data in transit is protected with HTTPS.
7. Your rights
- You can view, export and delete your records (available in Settings).
- You can withdraw optional consents (such as anonymous statistics) at any time.
8. Children
- This service is intended for users aged 14 and over (based on the Korean Personal Information Protection Act).
- It is not directed at children under 14 and complies with applicable laws.
9. Not a medical service · in a crisis
- Sudal does not replace diagnosis, treatment or professional counseling.
- If you are in danger or at risk of harming yourself or others, contact someone near you, a professional, or your local emergency services right away.
10. Changes and contact
- We will notify you in the app when this policy changes.

要配慮情報について：会話・感情・日記の記録には、メンタルヘルスに関する機微な内容が含まれる場合があります。これらの情報は基本的に端末にのみ保存され、利用者ご自身で管理（閲覧・書き出し・削除）します。
3. AIの返信を作るための処理（重要）
- 返信を作るため、あなたの会話内容はAI言語モデルのサービスへ送信・処理されます。つまり、返信を作る間、会話はあなたの端末の外で処理されます。
- ご自身でAI機能をタップしたときも同じです。日記・感謝日記の「AIコメントをもらう」、日記の「AIで整える」、ワークの「スダルの解釈」、インサイトの振り返り・深層分析・観察日誌を依頼すると、その機能に必要な日記・記録の内容が同じ方法で送信・処理されます。タップしなければ送信されません。
- 委託先と外国への移転について：
・移転先：DeepInfra, Inc.（米国）・個人情報の問い合わせ先：https://deepinfra.com/privacy
・移転する項目：AIの返信を作るために送信する会話内容、およびAI機能を依頼した日記・感謝日記・ワークの記録・記録の要約（氏名・メールアドレスなどのアカウント情報はそもそも収集しないため含まれません）
・移転先の国・時期・方法：米国・会話を送信するたび、またはAI機能を依頼するたび・HTTPSで暗号化して送信
・利用目的：AIの返信の生成のみ
・保存期間：原則として保存しません — 提供元はリクエスト内容をディスクに保存せず、モデルの学習にも使わない無保存（ゼロ・リテンション）方針をとっています。ただし、エラー診断・セキュリティの目的でリクエストの一部を一時的に確認・記録する場合があります。（提供元のデータポリシー・SOC 2／ISO 27001 認証、2026年7月25日確認）
・移転を望まない場合：AIとの会話と上記のAI機能を使わないことができます（感情の記録・日記・ワークを書いて保存することは移転なしで利用できます）。ただし、AIとの会話とAI機能はこの処理なしには提供できません。
・送信方式：送信区間はHTTPSで暗号化します。
- 当方のサーバー（ゲートウェイ）は返信の生成を中継するだけで、会話内容を保存しません。サーバーにはリクエスト時刻・文字数・応答時間などの利用量の指標のみが残り、会話内容は含まれません。
4. 保存期間と破棄
- 感情の記録・ワークブックの記録・保存した日記・利用設定など端末内の記録は、あなたが削除するまで保存されます。
- 会話の原文（チャットメッセージ）：
・無料利用者は、各メッセージの作成から90日が過ぎると自動で整理（削除）されます。
・有料（購読）利用者は、購読を続けている間、会話の原文が保存されます。
・会話から保存した日記・感情の記録・チェック結果は自動整理の対象ではなく、あなたが削除するまでそのまま残ります。
- 設定の「会話の記憶から消す」で、いつでも会話の記録をすべて削除できます（保存した日記は残ります）。
- 設定からいつでもすべての書き出しとすべての削除ができます。
- アプリを削除すると、端末内の記録も一緒に削除されます（バックアップがない場合）。
- 自動バックアップ（任意）：設定でオンにすると、記録すべてをあなたが決めたバックアップ用パスワードで保護したファイル1つを1日1回作成し、Android 標準のバックアップ機能がこのファイルをあなたのGoogleアカウントに保管します（Googleが運営し、スダルの運営者はこの保管場所にアクセスしません）。パスワードと復元コードはあなただけが持っているため、運営者を含め誰もファイルを開くことはできず、両方を失うと復元できません。設定でオフにすると端末のバックアップファイルは削除され、Googleアカウントのバックアップも次回のバックアップ時に消去されます。このファイル以外の設定・データベースはバックアップされません。
5. 広告
- 無料でご利用いただくため、リワード広告（Google AdMob）を提供します。
- 会話・感情・日記・ワークブックの内容は広告に使いません。
- 広告の提供元は、広告識別子などの端末情報を自社のポリシーに従って収集する場合があります。
5-1. アプリ利用分析（Google アナリティクス for Firebase）
- 広告の効果を確認するため、Google アナリティクス for Firebase を使用します。Google 広告はこの情報で「広告を見てアプリをインストール・購読したか」を数えます。
- 送る情報：インストール・初回起動・利用時間などの自動収集イベントと、当方が選んだ4つのイベント（オンボーディング完了・メッセージ送信・リワード広告の視聴完了・購読）の発生の有無と回数のみです。あわせて、GoogleがアプリインスタンスID・広告識別子・端末の種類・OSバージョン・おおよその地域（国）を収集します。
- 送らない情報：会話・感情・日記・ワークブックの内容は送りません。イベントに文章の原文は含まれません。
- この情報はGoogleが自社のポリシーに従って処理します：https://policies.google.com/privacy
- 広告識別子は端末の設定（Google → 広告 → 広告IDを削除）で削除またはリセットできます。
6. セキュリティ
- 記録は端末内に保存され、端末のデータベースはAES-256で暗号化（SQLCipher）して保存されます。暗号鍵はAndroid Keystoreで保護され、アプリの外に出ることはありません。

8. 子どもの個人情報
- 本サービスは14歳以上の方のご利用を推奨します（韓国の個人情報保護法にもとづく）。
- 14歳未満の子どもを対象としたサービスではなく、関連法令を遵守します。
9. 医療サービスではありません・危機のときは
- スダルは診断・治療・専門的な心理カウンセリングの代わりにはなりません。
- 危険な状態にあるときや、自分や他人を傷つけるおそれがあるときは、すぐに身近な人や専門家、またはお住まいの地域の緊急サービスに連絡してください。
