Privacy Policy
Effective Date: 23 July 2026
At Sudais Khan, protecting your privacy is a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS, iPadOS, and macOS applications ("Apps", "Services", "we", "our", or "us") handle information when you use our products. This single Privacy Policy applies to all of our Apps, which may use one or more of the third-party AI providers listed in Section 2 depending on their specific features.
Our applications are designed to perform AI-powered transformations while minimizing the collection of user information. We encourage you to read this policy carefully to understand how your content is processed.
1. Information We Collect
Our Apps are designed with a privacy-first approach.
We do not intentionally collect, permanently store, or sell personal information such as:
Your name
Email address
Phone number
Physical address
GPS location
Contacts
Advertising identifiers
In addition, we do not:
Store facial recognition data
Create biometric identifiers
Generate facial templates
Build facial recognition databases
Sell or share user information for advertising purposes
Our goal is to process only the minimum information required to provide the requested feature.
2. AI Content Processing and Third-Party Data Recipients
Certain features require you to upload or capture an image, or to enter a text prompt. Before this content is sent anywhere, the App discloses to you which third-party AI provider will receive it and requests your confirmation to continue.
Depending on the feature and App you are using, your content may be sent to one of the following providers:
WaveSpeed AI API
Data sent: your uploaded images, videos, and/or text prompts, depending on the feature you use.
Purpose: to generate AI-powered images, videos, and other AI-generated content.
Result: the generated content is returned directly to your device.
OpenAI API
Data sent: your uploaded image, depending on the feature you use.
Purpose: to generate AI-powered face and photo edits (e.g. face swap, face editing).
Result: the generated result is returned directly to your device. Your image is not stored on our servers at any point — it is sent directly from your device to OpenAI's API. OpenAI retains this content temporarily under its own standard API data retention policy (up to 30 days, for abuse and safety monitoring only) and does not use it to train its models.
Picwish API
Data sent: your uploaded image.
Purpose: to generate AI-powered photo edits (e.g. background removal, photo enhancement).
Result: the generated result is returned directly to your device. Your image is not stored on our servers at any point. Any temporary processing retention on Picwish's side is governed by their own privacy policy, linked in Section 5.
Vidu API (Vidu Q3)
Data sent: your uploaded character photos and drama script/text prompts.
Purpose: to generate AI-powered short drama videos combining your script with the uploaded character images.
Result: the generated video is returned directly to your device. Your images and script are not stored on our servers at any point — they are sent directly from your device to Vidu's API. Vidu does not use your personal data, prompts, or images to train, calibrate, or optimize its AI models.
We select third-party AI providers that are contractually and technically required to handle your data under confidentiality and security terms consistent with the protections described in this Privacy Policy, and we do not permit them to use your content for any purpose other than fulfilling your request.
Your uploaded content is never used by us, or authorized for use by our AI providers, for:
AI model training
Advertising
Marketing
Behavioral profiling
Building facial recognition databases
Images, videos, and prompts are processed only to complete the transformation you requested.
3. Face Data Disclosure
Because some App features involve photos containing faces, we provide the following disclosure.
What facial information do we collect?
We do not collect or permanently store:
Facial geometry
Face templates
Biometric identifiers
Facial recognition information
Face maps
How is your image used?
Your uploaded image is used only to generate the AI result you specifically request. It is not used for:
AI training
Advertising
User profiling
Identity verification
Facial recognition
Is facial information shared?
Your image may be securely transmitted to the specific third-party AI provider named in Section 2 (WaveSpeed AI API, OpenAI API, Picwish API, or Vidu API) that is responsible for generating your requested result. This transmission exists solely for processing your request. No facial information is shared for marketing or analytics purposes, and it is not shared with any provider other than the one required to fulfill your specific request.
Is face data stored?
We do not store your uploaded image on our own servers. Processing happens only for the duration of the active request, and we do not retain a copy after the AI-generated result is delivered to your device. Our third-party AI providers process your image solely to generate your result; any temporary retention on their side is governed by their own privacy policies, linked in Section 5.
How long is face data retained?
We do not intentionally retain facial information on our own systems after processing is complete. OpenAI retains content temporarily under its standard API terms (up to 30 days, for abuse monitoring only, never for model training). Picwish's and Vidu's retention is governed by their own privacy policies.
4. Device Permissions
To provide certain features, the Apps may request permission to access device capabilities.
Photos
Allows you to:
Select an existing image
Save AI-generated content back to your device
Camera
Used only when you choose to capture a new photo for AI processing.
App Tracking Transparency
Where an App shows advertising, it will request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking-related identifier is used. You may decline this request at any time without losing access to the App's core features.
5. Third-Party Services
To provide AI-powered functionality, our Apps may communicate with the following trusted third-party providers:
WaveSpeed AI API — AI-powered image, video, and content generation
OpenAI API — AI-powered face and photo editing
Picwish API — AI-powered background removal and photo enhancement
Vidu API — AI-powered short drama video generation from script and character images
Apple In-App Purchases — subscription and payment processing
Apple processes all payment transactions through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
These providers maintain their own Privacy Policies and Terms of Service, which govern their handling of any data sent to them:
WaveSpeed: https://wavespeed.ai/static/privacy
Picwish: https://picwish.com/app-privacy
Vidu: https://platform.vidu.com/docs/privacy-policy
6. Purchases & Refund Requests

If you experience a technical issue with a purchase, please contact us before requesting a refund.
When contacting support, include:
App name
Purchase date
Description of the issue
Screenshots (if available)
Refund eligibility is determined according to Apple's payment policies and applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information while it is being processed. Although no online system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to maintain secure, encrypted communication between our Apps and trusted service providers.
8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our Apps, legal requirements, or operational changes. The latest version will always be made available within the App or on the official policy page. Your continued use of the Apps after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
