Content: It is necessary to have a constant source of quality leads. The best way to make sure this happens is if you have really good content out there attracting those leads on auto-pilot!
Most businesses could use a blog, podcast or vlog to cover this part of their business.

Book Summaries: Why do we need another one? Well most book summaries I found is like reading an entire book in itself.
What I need is key take-a-ways that I can use to decide which chapters of a book will be most helpful to me, if any.
What I think may be most helpful is to have about a 100 word summary of each chapter of a book. Then maybe access to read a 500 - 1,000 word summary of the chapters that interest you in order to help determine if the book should be acquired or not.
