We do not collect or store any personal data on external servers.
SubTrack is designed as an offline-first application. All data you enter into the app (including subscription names, prices, dates, and categories) is stored locally on your device in a secure database.
The information you input into the app stays on your device. We do not have access to your subscription details, financial information, or usage habits.
The app may request the following permissions to function correctly:
Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used solely to send local reminders about upcoming subscription renewals. These notifications are generated locally on your device.
Storage / File Access: Used only when you explicitly choose to "Export" or "Import" a backup file. This allows the app to write a backup file to your device or read a file you select.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored locally on your device. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Since your data is stored locally, its security also depends on your device's security (e.g., device passcode, biometrics).
SubTrack offers a feature to backup and restore your data.
Export: When you create a backup, a JSON file containing your data is created. You are responsible for the storage and security of this file (e.g., if you upload it to Google Drive or email it to yourself).
Import: You can restore your data by selecting a previously exported backup file.
SubTrack does not integrate with third-party analytics or advertising services that track you across other apps and websites.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
