Privacy Policy Last updated: June 30, 2025 This privacy policy applies to the mobile application Subs — Manage Subscriptions (hereinafter “the Application”) developed by THE COOL COMPANY, TOO (hereinafter “the Service Provider”), provided as a freemium service and intended for use as-is.
1. Information Collection and Use The Application does not directly collect personal data unless explicitly provided by the user. However, it uses third-party services that may collect limited information for functionality, analytics, and notifications.
Information You Enter You may provide details about your subscriptions (name, cost, notes, billing cycle, etc.). These details are stored locally on your device or in your private iCloud database if sync is enabled. Some fields (e.g., notes or names) may contain personal data if you choose to enter it. This is not required.
iCloud Sync If enabled, your data is stored in your personal iCloud container via Apple CloudKit. The Application does not access your Apple ID information.
Custom Icons You may upload an image from your device when customizing a subscription icon. These images are stored locally and may be synced via iCloud.
Premium & Purchases Premium purchases are processed via Apple StoreKit and Adapty. We do not access your payment details or Apple ID.
Push Notifications OneSignal is used to send reminders if enabled. OneSignal may collect device ID and IP address.
Subscription Analytics We use Adapty to manage and analyze in-app purchases. Adapty may collect pseudonymized device data and usage events.

Uninstall the app to delete local data
Disable notifications in iOS settings
Disable iCloud sync in the app settings
