Subscription Service Agreement – DeepPulse

Service Provider: Hong Kong Youypulian NetworkTechnology Co., Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”)

This Auto-Renewable Subscription Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs all paid subscription, auto-renewal, free trial, billing, cancellation and refund rules for the premium service of the iOS applicationDeepPulse. This Agreement is a supplementary legal document to the DeepPulse Terms of Service.

By purchasing, activating or continuing to use our premium subscription services, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, please do not purchase any paid subscription services.

1. Service Overview

1.1 DeepPulse is an iOS health tool application that captures optical signals through the user’s camera to analyze and calculate heart rate data for daily personal health reference.

1.2 The subscription service provides users with ongoing premium functional privileges of the App. All subscribed services are non-medical reference functions and shall not be used for clinical diagnosis or medical judgment.

1.3 Subscription services are only applicable to personal non-commercial use by users within the valid subscription period.

2. Subscription Type & Billing Rules (App Store Standard)

2.1 All DeepPulse subscription products are auto-renewable subscriptions authorized and processed by Apple App Store. After the user purchases the subscription, the service will be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless the user actively cancels the auto-renewal.

2.2 Billing cycle options include but are not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. The specific subscription duration, pricing and preferential activities are subject to the real-time display on the App Store purchase page.

2.3 You authorize Apple to deduct the corresponding subscription fees from your bound Apple ID payment method at the renewal date. The deduction will be completed within 24 hours before the start of the new subscription cycle.

2.4 If the payment method is expired, insufficient in balance or unavailable, we and Apple reserve the right to suspend the premium service until the payment is successful.

3. Free Trial Rules

3.1 If the App provides a free trial period for new users, the free trial qualification is only limited to first-time users of the designated subscription type.

3.2 The free trial period specified by the system shall prevail. After the free trial expires, the system will automatically activate the official subscription service and deduct the corresponding regular subscription fees without additional confirmation from the user.

3.3 Users can cancel the auto-renewal authorization at any time during the free trial period. After cancellation, no fee will be deducted after the trial ends, and the premium service will expire automatically.

4. Subscription Cancellation Method

4.1 Users can independently cancel the auto-renewal service through the official Apple channel at any time. The cancellation path is as follows: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DeepPulse > Cancel Subscription.

4.2 To avoid accidental deduction, users are recommended to cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription cycle.

4.3 After canceling the auto-renewal, the user can continue to enjoy the premium service privileges until the end of the current valid subscription period, and the service will not be automatically renewed after expiration.

4.4 We do not provide any manual subscription cancellation service. All subscription management rights are independently controlled by users through the Apple official system.

5. Price Adjustment Rules

5.1 We reserve the right to adjust the subscription price and preferential rules according to product operation and market changes.

5.2 For any subscription price increase, we will notify users through in-app prompts or Apple official notification in advance. The price increase will only take effect after obtaining the user’s consent. The current subscription cycle price will not be adjusted arbitrarily.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 All in-app purchase transactions are completed and supervised by Apple App Store. All refund applications shall be implemented in accordance with Apple’s official refund rules and policies.

6.2 We do not independently provide direct refund services. Users need to initiate refund applications through Apple official customer service or App Store background.

6.3 In the following circumstances, refunds may not be approved by Apple: the subscription service has been used, the free trial has expired and automatically renewed, the user actively purchases by mistake, or it violates Apple’s refund specifications.

6.4 If we terminate the user’s subscription qualification due to the user’s violation of the App user agreement and prohibited behaviors, the user shall not apply for a refund for the unused subscription period.

7. Subscription Service Limitation & Disclaimer

7.1 The premium subscription service of DeepPulse only provides enhanced health reference functions such as advanced heart rate detection and data record viewing. It does not involve any medical diagnosis, treatment and medical guidance services.

7.2 Due to objective factors such as device hardware, ambient light and user operation, the heart rate detection data has inherent errors. We do not guarantee that all subscription functional services are 100% accurate and error-free.

7.3 We reserve the right to optimize, adjust and upgrade subscription functions and cancel redundant paid functions on the premise of ensuring the overall service value of the subscription.

7.4 We shall not be liable for any indirect losses, health judgment losses and derivative losses caused by users’ reliance on subscription service data.

8. User Obligations

8.1 Users shall not resell, share, rent or transfer the paid subscription privileges for commercial purposes.

8.2 Users shall not use plug-ins, cracking tools and other illegal means to obtain premium subscription services for free.

8.3 Any violation of the above provisions will result in the permanent cancellation of subscription qualifications, and no refund will be given.

9. Amendment of Agreement

We reserve the right to update and revise this subscription agreement in accordance with App Store review rules and product operation needs. The updated terms will be published in the App or official website. The user’s continued use of the subscription service after the update takes effect means acceptance of the new agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, China. Any disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, they shall be submitted to the competent courts in Hong Kong.
