These Terms govern your purchase and use of any subscription service through the iOS platform and Apple App Store.
By confirming your subscription or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not subscribe to or use our services.
1. Description of Service

3. Payment and Billing
All payments are processed through your Apple ID account and are subject to Apple's payment terms and conditions.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time by managing your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel: Go to your device Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Select the relevant subscription > Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancellation, your access to the subscription services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.
Requesting a Refund
Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to Apple, as we cannot process refunds. Please contact Apple Support at https://support.apple.com.
According to Apple's policy, you will not be charged if you cancel during a free trial period.
Except as required by applicable law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription upon its expiration unless cancelled beforehand.
Free trial eligibility is typically limited to one per Apple ID, where offered.
6. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time. We may also change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes will only apply upon your consent for future renewal periods.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you violate these Terms.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. Please note that Apple also collects and uses your data in accordance with its separate Privacy Policy.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the application or by email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of them.
10. Auto-Renewal (As Required by Apple)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
