1. Introduction These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cancel Subscriptions: Refundmobile application (the "App"), provided by Ibrahim Kahraman ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service Cancel Subscriptions: Refund is a utility application designed to help users track, manage, and find instructions or tools to assist in canceling third-party subscriptions and requesting refunds.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee that your cancellation requests or refund requests to third-party services will be successful. The approval of any refund or cancellation is solely at the discretion of the respective third-party service provider based on their own terms and conditions.
3. In-App Subscriptions and Payments
Premium Features: Certain features of the App may require a paid subscription.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed and handled directly by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store, depending on your device. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate your subscription status, but we do not directly process or store your credit card information.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You must manage and cancel your subscription to our App directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
4. User Responsibilities You agree to provide accurate information when tracking your subscriptions and to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account.
5. Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the App (excluding third-party logos and names used for identification purposes) are and will remain the exclusive property of Ibrahim Kahraman.
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to missed cancellation deadlines, denied refunds from third parties, or unexpected subscription charges.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date or through an in-app notification.
