This is a project to segregate 3 different kind of material.those are
Metal
Non - Metal
Non - Metal Transparent object
IR proximity sensor was used to start the system if it detect any object on the conveyor belt.
Inductive Proximity sensor was used to detect metal object.
LDR (light depended resister) and Laser was used to detect Non - Metallic transparent object. Because laser light won't split much as compared to other lights.
To open the gate we used pneumatic cylinder. Because it work quickly and give more pressure.
This Project was controlled by PLC (programmable logic system).
Most of the part was made by our team members.Bearing Base, Spindle was of cast iron, and the side cover was made up of acrylic sheet.

Sweeping Robo
It is a 2D animation of a Robot concept, for household work like sweeping.The broom can move in 3 Dimension X,Y and Z axis.movement of X and Z axis can be possible with rack and pinion or screw and nut concept while Y axis movement with "Scotch Yoke and Whitworth Quick Return Mechanisms ".
It can move to those hazardous place where human cannot move and it will detect temperature, humidity level and if there is leakage in gas.

This cube has 64 blue LED in 4 layers. Each layer has 16 LED (4*4). Controlled by Arduino Uno. This can run with 5v power supply or single 9v battery.
