I am Subrata Majumdar, a postdoctoral fellow at the Instituto de Matemáticas of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, supervised by Luz de Teresa. Prior to that, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Mathematics, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, under the supervision of Debanjana Mitra. I defended my PhD thesis in February 2023 on Feedback stabilization and controllability of some linear and nonlinear coupled PDEs at the Department of Mathematics and Statistics, Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Kolkata, under the supervision of Rajib Dutta. My research interests lie in the control theory of partial differential equations. I am currently working on geometric control theory and its applications to the global controllability aspects of nonlinear PDEs, including dispersive and parabolic equations, as well as fluid–structure interaction models.
