SubjectPro ("we," "our," or "us") provides the SubjectPro Professional Email mobile application. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.

SubjectPro does not require users to create an account and does not collect or store personally identifiable information (PII).
The app allows users to generate professional email subject lines based on text input or optional screenshots of email content. Any text entered, pasted, or extracted from screenshots is used only to generate subject suggestions and is not stored by the app.
All core app data such as favorites or saved subject lines are stored locally on the user's device.
Permissions
To provide certain features, the app may request the following permissions:
Camera
The app may request access to the device camera if the user chooses the option to capture an email screenshot. The captured image is used only to extract text in order to generate relevant email subject suggestions.
Photos / Media Access
The app may allow users to select an email screenshot from their device gallery. The selected image is used only to extract text for generating subject lines.
Clipboard Access
The app allows users to paste email content from the device clipboard and copy generated subject lines for use in other apps. SubjectPro does not monitor or store clipboard contents outside of this action.
All image and text processing is performed only for the purpose of generating subject suggestions. Images are not stored, shared, or uploaded by the app.
Third-Party Services
SubjectPro may allow users to share generated subject lines through third-party applications such as email clients or messaging apps installed on the device. These services operate independently and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Data Security
We value your trust in using our app. SubjectPro does not maintain servers or databases that store user data. All processing occurs on the user's device.
Children's Privacy
SubjectPro is intended for a professional audience and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
