Hi All. I am Subhrajit Mukherjee, working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Technion. - The Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel, with Prof. Elad Koren, since August 2019. I have completed my Ph.D. in 2018 from the Microscience Lab, Physics, IIT Kharagpur, India, under the supervision of Prof. Samit K. Ray and Prof. Soumen Das. During my Doctoral Research, I have been engaged in the study of synthesis, nanostructural characteristics and optical and electronic properties of 2-dimensional materials, especially Molybdenum disulfide (MoS2). I have completed my M.Tech. in Solid State Technology from IIT Kharagpur, India in 2013. Before coming to IIT KGP, I have received my M.Sc. degree from Banaras Hindu University (2011) and B.Sc. degree from Calcutta University (2009). Currently, I am involved in a wide variety of micro- and nano-scale device fabrication processes using 2D materials for (opto-)electronic memory and near-IR imaging applications.
