Installation
Download the software from the official website of BRC (www.brc.it) or from a trusted source . The file name should be BRC_Sequent_24_MY07_13.zip.
Extract the zip file to a folder on your computer. You should see a file named Setup.exe and a folder named Drivers.
Run the Setup.exe file and follow the instructions on the screen. You may need to accept the license agreement and choose the installation directory.
When the installation is complete, you should see a shortcut icon on your desktop named BRC Sequent 24 MY07.
Before you launch the software, you need to install the drivers for the USB interface. Go to the Drivers folder and run the appropriate file for your operating system. For example, if you have Windows 7 or Vista, run ESGI_Interfejs_USB_Drivers_Win7_Vista.exe. If you have Windows XP, run ESGI_Interfejs_USB_Drivers_WinXP.exe. If you have Windows 98, run ESGI_Interfejs_USB_Drivers_Win98.exe. Follow the instructions on the screen to install the drivers. You may need to restart your computer after the installation.
Usage
Connect the USB interface to your computer and to the ECU of the BRC Sequent 24 system in your vehicle. Make sure the ignition is off.
Launch the BRC Sequent 24 MY07 software from your desktop or from the Start menu. The software will automatically detect the ECU and show you its serial number, firmware version, calibration version, and other information. You can also manually select the ECU model from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen.
The software has four main tabs: Parameters, Calibration, Diagnosis, and Utilities. You can switch between them by clicking on them at the top of the screen.
The Parameters tab allows you to view and modify various settings of the system, such as gas pressure, injection time, gas temperature, lambda sensor, etc. You can also save and load parameter files from your computer or from the ECU.
The Calibration tab allows you to calibrate the system by performing various tests and procedures, such as gas map, idle speed, acceleration enrichment, etc. You can also save and load calibration files from your computer or from the ECU.
The Diagnosis tab allows you to check and clear any error codes that may occur in the system. You can also view various data and graphs of the system's performance, such as gas injection time, petrol injection time, gas pressure, lambda signal, etc.
The Utilities tab allows you to access some additional features of the software, such as firmware update, password protection, language selection, etc.
