Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32)

    The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ32) is a widely used and respected measure of workplace behavioural style. It is designed to provide businesses with information on the aspects of an individual's behavioural style that will impact on their performance at work. The OPQ32 is based on a universal competency framework that covers 32 personality dimensions grouped into three domains: Relationships with People, Thinking Style, and Feelings and Emotions.
