SubAlert Ai is designed to help users organize subscription information, track trial periods, and receive reminders before subscription renewals or billing events.
SubAlert Ai is provided as an informational and organizational tool only.
SubAlert Ai does not provide:
legal advice
financial advice
tax advice
accounting advice
professional advisory services
SubAlert Ai does not guarantee cancellation of any subscription and does not act on your behalf with third-party providers.
SubAlert Ai may use OCR and [INSERT AI PROVIDER NAME] to help identify subscription-related details from screenshots you choose to upload or import.
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI and OCR outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate interpretations
you are responsible for reviewing extracted information before relying on it
SubAlert Ai does not guarantee that detected dates, prices, plan names, or provider details are complete or correct
You agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.
You are responsible for:
reviewing extracted screenshot details before saving
verifying renewal dates, prices, and cancellation instructions directly with each subscription provider
maintaining your own records where needed
ensuring your use of the app complies with applicable laws and third-party terms
You agree not to:
use the app for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes
upload content you do not have the right to use
attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the app
use the app to infringe the rights of any person or company
misuse AI outputs as professional legal or financial advice
You retain responsibility for screenshots and content you choose to import into the app.
By using screenshot analysis features, you confirm that you have the right to use the content you provide for personal subscription tracking purposes.
SubAlert Ai may offer optional paid subscriptions for premium features.
Payments, renewals, and cancellations of in-app subscriptions are handled through Apple’s systems under your Apple account settings.
Apple requires digital content and subscription purchases offered inside iOS apps to use its in-app purchase framework.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings
SubAlert Ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that:
the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
screenshot extraction will always succeed
reminders will always be delivered on time
all subscription details will be correctly detected
cancellation instructions for third-party services will always remain current
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubAlert Ai and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.
This includes, without limitation:
missed billing reminders
inaccurate OCR or AI extraction
outdated cancellation instructions
reliance on information displayed in the app
subscription charges from third-party services
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SubAlert Ai and its developer from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
All rights, title, and interest in and to SubAlert Ai, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and features, are owned by the developer or its licensors, except for third-party materials and user-provided content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the app or certain features if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the app unlawfully.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
We may update the app, remove features, or revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
