use our mobile application.

- How you heard about us

- Your main style goal

- Outfit photos you upload for analysis

Information collected automatically:

- Device type and model

- Operating system version

- App usage patterns and session data

- Subscription status and purchase history

Information we do NOT collect:

- Your full name

- Your email address

- Your phone number

- Your exact location or GPS data

- Any financial or payment information

- Social media accounts or profiles

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to:

- Analyze your outfit photos using AI technology

- Provide personalized style scores and tips

- Process and manage your subscription

- Improve app performance and features

- Send push notifications about daily outfit tips

- Maintain your rating history and progress

YOUR OUTFIT PHOTOS

Your outfit photos are:

- Compressed and sent to Google Gemini AI

for analysis

- Used only for the purpose of generating

your outfit scores and tips

- Not stored on our servers

- Not shared with any third parties

other than Google Gemini AI for analysis

- Processed and immediately discarded

by the AI after analysis

THIRD PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third party services:

Google Gemini AI

Purpose: Analyzes outfit photos to generate

style scores and improvement tips

Data shared: Compressed outfit photos

RevenueCat

Purpose: Manages subscription status and

processes subscription verification

Data shared: Device ID, subscription status

Apple App Store

Purpose: Processes all payments and

manages subscription billing

Data shared: Purchase receipts and

subscription information

DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION

All personal data including your age range,

style preferences, rating history and

improvement tips are stored locally on

your device using AsyncStorage.

We do not operate external servers or databases

that store your personal information.

Your data is automatically deleted when

you delete the STYLD app from your device.

We retain your data for as long as you

have the app installed on your device.

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

STYLD offers the following subscription plans:

- Monthly: $9.99 per month after 3-day free trial

- Yearly: $59.99 per year (no free trial)

All payments are processed exclusively by

Apple through the App Store. We never

collect or store your payment information.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless

cancelled at least 24 hours before the

end of the current period.

To cancel your subscription:

iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

→ STYLD → Cancel Subscription

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

We may send push notifications to remind

you to rate your daily outfits. You can

disable push notifications at any time

in your iPhone Settings → Notifications

→ STYLD.

DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical measures

to protect your information. All data

transmission between the app and third

party services uses industry standard

HTTPS encryption.

However no method of transmission over

the internet is 100% secure. We cannot

guarantee absolute security of your data.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

STYLD is not intended for children under

the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect

personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe

your child has provided us with personal

information please contact us at

delete that information.

Your outfit photos are transferred to

Google Gemini AI servers located in the

United States for analysis. This transfer

is covered by Google's Standard Contractual

Clauses in compliance with GDPR.

If you are a California resident you have

the right to request information about

how we share your personal information

with third parties for their direct

marketing purposes.

We do not sell your personal information

to any third parties.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By downloading or using STYLD - Rate My Outfit

("App") you agree to be bound by these Terms

of Service. If you do not agree to these terms

do not use the App.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

STYLD is an AI-powered mobile application

that analyzes outfit photos and provides

style scores, improvement tips, and clothing

recommendations based on the user's chosen

style and occasion.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use

STYLD. By using the App you confirm that

you are at least 13 years of age.

If you are under 18 years old you confirm

that you have your parent or guardian's

permission to use the App and agree to

these Terms.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

STYLD requires a paid subscription to

access all features.

Subscription Plans:

- Monthly: $9.99 per month

Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers

- Yearly: $59.99 per year

Billed annually, no free trial

Free Trial:

New subscribers are eligible for one 3-day

free trial on the monthly plan. After the

trial period ends your payment method will

be charged $9.99 unless you cancel before

the trial ends.

Billing:

All payments are processed by Apple through

the App Store. Subscriptions automatically

renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours

before the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time

through iPhone Settings → Apple ID →

Subscriptions → STYLD → Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of

the current billing period. You will

continue to have access to the App until

the end of the paid period.

Refunds:

All refund requests are handled by Apple

in accordance with their refund policy.

We do not issue refunds directly. To

request a refund contact Apple at

reportaproblem.apple.com

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use STYLD only for lawful

purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

- Use the App for any illegal purpose

- Upload photos that contain nudity,

violence, or offensive content

- Upload photos of other people without

their consent

- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack

the App

- Use the App to harass or harm others

- Create multiple accounts to abuse

the free trial offer

- Use automated tools or bots to access

the App

USER CONTENT

When you upload outfit photos to STYLD

you grant us a limited license to process

those photos using AI technology solely

for the purpose of providing you with

outfit ratings and style tips.

You retain all ownership rights to your

photos. We do not store your photos on

our servers after analysis is complete.

You are responsible for ensuring you have

the right to upload any photos you submit

to the App.

AI ACCURACY DISCLAIMER

STYLD uses Google Gemini AI to analyze

outfit photos and generate style scores

and tips. The AI ratings and suggestions

are provided for entertainment and

informational purposes only.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of

AI-generated ratings or suggestions.

Fashion is subjective and AI ratings

should not be taken as professional

fashion advice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and all its original content,

features, and functionality are owned

by STYLD and are protected by

international copyright, trademark,

and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute,

sell, or lease any part of the App

without our written permission.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND

"AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES

OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

- The AI ratings will be accurate or reliable

- The App will meet your requirements

- Any errors in the App will be corrected

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW

STYLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR

ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY

CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR

YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED

THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN

THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

PRIVACY

Your use of the App is also governed by

our Privacy Policy which is incorporated

into these Terms by reference. Please

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms

at any time. We will notify you of significant

changes by updating the "Last updated" date

at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the App after changes

constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and

construed in accordance with the laws

of Romania without regard to its conflict

of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms

or your use of the App shall be resolved

in the courts of Romania.
