EVENT - 2 (A) -VIDEO EDITING
Topic : Life during Lockdown
Rules and regulations :
● Only individual participants are allowed.
● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● The video must be relevant to the topic.
● Format:
➢ The video can be with or without sound. The videos with sound must have English Subtitles.
➢ Video should be a maximum of 3 minutes in length.
➢ The video must be submitted in MP4 format.
➢ File name: Participants name followed by Initial
➢ It must have accuracy of information, effectiveness in reaching the target audience (Public).
➢ The video must be creative and free from plagiarism
● The participant should not publish their video on any social media platforms until the winner is announced.
● Winning video will be determined based on the jury's decision. Only the best one video will be selected for the prize.
● The winner will get a cash prize of Rs.100 and the winning Video will be published on stu_mates official Instagram page.
EVENT - 2 (B) – FLYER MAKING
Topic : Safety Requirements of the current pandemic
Rules and regulations :
● Only individual participants are allowed.
● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● The flyer must be relevant to the topic.
● Format:
➢ The designed flyer should be a high-resolution image - 1920 pixels or more on the long edge (e.g. 1920x1080 or 1080x1920). In the Ratio: 4:5.
➢ File size should not exceed 10MBs. Submit only image formats: png, jpg, jpeg.
➢ The flyer must not be watermarked by any external source, cannot have any company logos and trademarks. Personal logos and signatures are allowed.
➢ File name: Participants name followed by Initial
➢ It must have accuracy of information, effectiveness in reaching the target audience (Public).
➢ The flyer must be creative and free from plagiarism
● The participant should not publish their flyer on any social media platforms until the winner is announced.

● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● The design must be relevant to the topic.
● Format:
