EVENT - 1 (A) - ESSAY WRITING
TOPIC: Coronavirus - India vs World
Rules and regulations :
● Only individual participants are allowed.
● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● The essay must be relevant to the given topic.
● Length of essay: The essay shall be no longer than 2000 words. There is no down limit.
● Format Requirement:
➢ Typed on an A4 size electronic sheet
➢ Font size shall be 12 points
➢ It must be submitted in pdf format, not as doc
➢ Filename: Participants name followed by Initial
➢ The essay must be free from plagiarism.
● The participant should not publish their essay on any social media platforms until the winner is announced.
● The winning essay will be determined based on the jurys decision. Only the best one essay will be selected for the prize.
● The winner will get a cash prize of Rs.100
EVENT - 1 (B) – CALLIGRAPHY WRITING
TOPIC: Theme: COVID 19
Rules and regulations :
● Only individual participants are allowed.
● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● Participants have to write the quotes of their choice relevant to the theme. The length of the quote can be a maximum of 4 lines.
● Participants can use brush, pen, pencils, crayons, water colour and any kind of Calligraphy tools
● Format requirement:
➢ Participants can use either an A4 sheet or standard size chart.
➢ The calligraphed sheet must be scanned clearly using any one of the standard scanning apps and it must be converted into a pdf format and submitted.
➢ Filename: Participants name followed by Initial
➢ The calligraphy must be free from plagiarism.
● The participant should not publish their art on any social media platforms until the winner is announced.
● Winning art will be determined based on the jurys decision. Only the best one calligraphy art will be selected for the prize.
● The winner will get a cash prize of Rs.100 and the winning Calligraphy art will be published on stu_mates official Instagram page.
EVENT – 1(C) PHOTO CAPTION WRITING
Rules and regulations :
● Only individual participants are allowed.
● Only one entry is allowed for each participant.
● Duration of competition: 10th July - 20th July
● There is no age limit.
● Registration fee: Rs.30
● The participants have to write an attractive caption of about 180 words for the given photo.
● The caption must be relevant to the given photo.
● Format Requirement:
➢ Typed on an A4 size electronic sheet
➢ Font size shall be 12 points
➢ It must be submitted in pdf format, not as doc
➢ File name: Participants name followed by Initial
➢ The captions must be free from plagiarism.
● The participant should not publish their caption on any social media platforms until the winner is announced.
● Winning caption will be determined based on the jurys decision. Only the best one caption will be selected for the prize.
● The winner will get a cash prize of Rs.100
