Notes is owned and operated by Stuff
Technologies ("Service Provider"). This

you use the Notes mobile application
("Application").
By using Notes you agree to the
collection and use of information in
accordance with this policy. This
service is provided free of charge and
is intended for use "as is".
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following information
when you download and use Notes:

Pages of the Application you visit,
and the time and date of your visit
Time spent using the Application
The operating system on your mobile
device
Personal Information (if provided):

We do not collect precise location
data, and we do not use Artificial
Intelligence (AI) technologies to
process your data or provide features.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and improve the Notes app
Contact you with important
information, required notices, and
occasional marketing promotions
Respond to your enquiries and support
requests
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information
to third parties.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is
periodically shared with external
services to help us improve the
Application.
We may otherwise disclose your

with a subpoena or similar legal

disclosure is necessary to protect our

safety of others, investigate fraud,
or respond to a government request
with trusted service providers who
work on our behalf, do not have

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
Your data is stored securely on Firebase
(Google Cloud) servers. We implement
appropriate physical, electronic and
procedural safeguards to protect the
information we process and maintain.
However, no method of transmission over
the internet is 100% secure, and we
cannot guarantee absolute security.
THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Notes uses the following third-party
service:
Firebase (Google)Â for authentication
and data storage
Firebase has its own Privacy Policy
governing its use of your information.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Notes is not intended for children under
the age of 13, and we do not knowingly
solicit data from or market to children
under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from children.
Children are encouraged never to submit
any personally identifiable information
through the Application. Parents and
legal guardians are encouraged to
monitor their children's Internet usage
and to help enforce this policy.
If you believe a child has provided
personally identifiable information to
us through the Application, please

You must be at least 16 years of age to
consent to the processing of your

the "Last updated" date at the top of

Continued use of Notes after any changes
constitutes your acceptance of the new
