Studyzilla is intended for users who meet the minimum legal age requirement in their country (typically 18 years or older).

Certain features require signing in using Apple ID, Google, or another supported authentication provider.

Studyzilla allows users to upload documents, PDFs, notes, text files, and URLs so AI can generate study materials including notes, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and document-based conversations.
You agree to use the App only for lawful and personal educational purposes.
You may not:
Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
Upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the App or its AI models.
Use the App to build or promote competing products.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Abuse or interfere with the App or other users.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Studyzilla uses artificial intelligence to generate notes, summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and answers.
You acknowledge that:
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for academic, professional, or personal purposes.
The App is intended as a learning aid and does not replace professional educational advice.
The App may offer free and premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Payments are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store.
We do not collect or store payment information.
Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the applicable app store.
You retain ownership of all documents, files, URLs, notes, and other content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, store, and display that content solely for:
Providing App functionality
Generating AI outputs
Improving the quality, security, and reliability of the App
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal rights to upload any content.
All software, branding, designs, interfaces, logos, AI workflows, and content provided by Studyzilla are owned by Falguni Parikh or licensed to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
AI-generated content will always be accurate or complete.
The App will operate without interruption.
Uploaded files or generated content will always remain available.
Every website, PDF, or document can be successfully processed.
You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Falguni Parikh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App, including data loss, AI inaccuracies, academic outcomes, or reliance on generated content.
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will notify users through the App.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
