This privacy policy governs your use of the Study Tracker (the "Application") created for mobile devices. The Application provides tools to add exams/subjects, scan syllabus, track study hours, use timers, send local notifications, and manage data backups.

Our primary goal is to provide you with a secure and efficient learning experience. Here is how your data is handled:

• User Input Data: Information you type into the app, such as exams, subjects, and daily study hours goals, is stored locally on your device.

• Camera Access: The Application requires access to your device’s camera solely to scan your syllabus. Images captured are processed locally and are not uploaded to any remote servers.

• Storage and Backup: The app accesses your local storage to allow you to perform data Backup and Restore operations manually.

2. Third-Party Services and Analytics

To improve application performance and monetize the services, we use trusted third-party SDKs that may collect information used to identify your device:

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. You can review their policy here: Google AdMob Privacy Policy.

3. Device Permissions

To deliver its features, the app will request the following permissions:

• Camera: Required for scanning syllabus documents.

• Notifications (Local): Required to send you timely study reminders and tracking updates. These notifications are triggered locally on your device and do not use external push servers.

• Storage Read/Write: Required to export and import backup files.

4. Data Retention and Security

Since your core study data is stored locally on your mobile device, it remains under your full control. Deleting the application will erase all local study tracking data. While we use standard third-party services (AdMob and Firebase) that encrypt data in transit, please remember that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and realize your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.
