You need to access to the Mexican Immigration Institute web page and follow the process to get a student visa.
You need the next documents:
Visa Application Form filled
Passport
1 Photograph
Document proving economic solvency
Your acceptance letter from Tecnologico de Monterrey
The cost of the visa is of $48 USD.
To complete your process you need an appointment. You can have it at any Mexican Consulate in your country.
