We also focus empowering female students in learning tech-based skills, cutting-edge research and STEM field exploration.

Holy Cross College (for girls), Notre Dame College (for boys), St. Joseph Higher Secondary School (for boys) are the only 3 top colleges (11th-12th grade according to NCTB curriculum) that require students to give written admission tests and viva-voce to get in. Hence, these 3 colleges are country's top most difficult institutions to get in. SSC graduates from all over Bangladesh come to participate in the admission tests and only 3-5% of them get in. Lack of proper guideline and mentoring make the eligible students nervous for the exam system. Hence, we started an online free study-hub to help hardworking students making their preparation a bit easier. Our initial stage had 20 students (SSC-22 batch) from which 15 students got in to HCC, NDC, St. Joseph. For SSC-23 cycle, 40 students got in who took our mentorship. Currently, 700+ students have joined our study-hub where the ex-Crossians, Damians, Josephites give the students free guidelines and take classes creating a ripple effect of success.
