StudioCelot develops and operates Daily Futoshiki (the “App”), an Android puzzle game.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App, including information that may be processed by third-party advertising and consent-management services.
Daily Futoshiki does not require a StudioCelot account, and StudioCelot does not operate its own server for storing your puzzle progress or gameplay history.
1. Information You Provide
You do not need to provide your name, phone number, email address, postal address, or other direct personal information to use the App's core puzzle features.
If you contact StudioCelot by email, StudioCelot may receive information contained in your communication, including your email address, message content, and any information you choose to provide.
This information may be used to:
- Respond to your inquiry

- Investigate technical problems
- Address security or legal concerns
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Daily Futoshiki stores game and preference data locally on your device so that the App can provide its features.
This data may include:
- Journey progress
- Daily puzzle progress and history
- Stage Library progress
- Saved and in-progress games
- Completed puzzles
- Mastery results
- Best times
- Gameplay statistics
- Hint and mistake history
- Notes and entered puzzle values

This game-related data is primarily stored locally on your device.
StudioCelot does not operate its own server to receive or store your puzzle progress, saved games, completed stages, Mastery results, Best Times, Daily history, or gameplay statistics.
3. Advertising and Google Mobile Ads
Daily Futoshiki uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display advertisements.
Google's advertising services may automatically collect, process, or share certain information for purposes such as:
- Displaying advertisements

- Advertising personalization where permitted

- Fraud prevention
- Abuse prevention
- Service performance and diagnostics

Non-personalized or limited advertising uses more restricted information and may still involve processing necessary for purposes such as contextual advertising, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
The type of advertising available to you may vary depending on your region and privacy choices.
5. Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law or Google policy, Daily Futoshiki uses Google's consent-management technology, including the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), to request and manage advertising-related privacy choices.
Depending on your region, you may be able to:

- Withdraw or change a previous consent choice

8. Internet Access
Daily Futoshiki does not require a StudioCelot account or StudioCelot-operated online service to access its core puzzle content.
An internet connection may, however, be used by third-party services such as Google AdMob for purposes including:
- Requesting and displaying advertisements
- Measuring advertising performance
- Processing consent and privacy choices
- Security and fraud prevention
If advertising cannot be loaded because of network availability, privacy settings, consent status, or service failure, the App's core puzzle functionality is intended to remain available.
Successful loading of an advertisement is not required to play the core puzzles.
9. Data Sharing
StudioCelot does not sell or rent your locally stored puzzle data.
Puzzle progress, saved games, Daily history, Stage Library progress, Mastery results, Best Times, gameplay statistics, and App settings stored locally on your device are not transmitted to StudioCelot servers.
Third-party services integrated into the App, including Google AdMob, may independently collect, process, or share information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy documentation.
Such processing may be used for:
- Advertising
- Advertising personalization where permitted
- Measurement
- Analytics
- Service delivery
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Abuse prevention
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Game progress, saved games, statistics, Mastery, Best Times, and App settings stored locally generally remain on your device until they are removed.
You can generally remove locally stored App data by:
- Using available in-App reset or deletion features, where provided
- Clearing the App's storage through Android settings
- Uninstalling the App
Because StudioCelot does not maintain user accounts or store this game data on its own servers, StudioCelot generally cannot recover locally deleted game data.
If you contact StudioCelot by email and wish to request deletion of information contained in that communication, you may contact StudioCelot using the email address listed below.
Information independently processed by Google or other third-party providers is subject to those providers' retention and deletion practices.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your country, state, or region, applicable privacy law may provide rights relating to personal information.
These may include, where applicable:
- Access to personal information
- Deletion
- Correction
- Withdrawal of consent
- Objection to or restriction of certain processing
- Data portability
- Opting out of targeted or personalized advertising
- Opting out of certain sales or sharing of personal information
- Protection against discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights
The exact rights available depend on applicable law.
StudioCelot may not possess information collected independently by Google or another third-party service and therefore may not be able to directly access, modify, or delete information controlled by that provider.
12. Children's Privacy
Daily Futoshiki is a general-audience puzzle game and does not require users to provide their name, email address, phone number, date of birth, or other direct account information to StudioCelot in order to play.
Third-party advertising services may process information as described in this Privacy Policy and their own privacy documentation.
Advertising and privacy functionality are subject to applicable laws, Google Play policies, and Google advertising requirements relating to younger users.

13. Security
StudioCelot seeks to minimize unnecessary collection of information and relies on Android platform security mechanisms for locally stored game data.

Information transmitted or processed by third-party services is also subject to the security practices of those providers.
14. Third-Party Services and International Processing
Daily Futoshiki currently uses Google services related to advertising and privacy consent management, including:

Google and other advertising technology providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Their processing is governed by their respective privacy policies, contractual safeguards, legal requirements, and data-retention practices.
StudioCelot does not independently operate international servers for storing your puzzle progress or gameplay statistics.

StudioCelot may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, advertising practices, third-party services, privacy functionality, or applicable legal requirements change.
When this Privacy Policy is updated, the Effective Date at the top of this document will also be updated.
