Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Studi: AI Flash Cards Learning ("Studi," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Studi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using Studi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you are using Studi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Studi is an AI-powered mobile application that:
- Generates flashcards from text, documents, images, PDFs, and web content
- Processes and analyzes user-uploaded content using artificial intelligence
- Creates customized study materials and learning tools
- Provides tools for organizing, editing, and managing flashcards
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Studi. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service.
3.2 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
4. USER CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or provide to Studi ("User Content"). By using Studi, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service

- Use anonymized, aggregated data from your User Content to improve our AI models and Service
4.2 AI-Generated Content
Flashcards and other materials generated by Studi's AI ("AI-Generated Content") are created based on your User Content. You own the AI-Generated Content created from your User Content, subject to these Terms.
4.3 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and AI technology, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without our express written permission.
4.4 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
- You have the right to upload, use, and process your User Content
- Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights
- Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.1 Prohibited Content
- Upload, create, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others

- Upload content that violates privacy rights or contains personal information of others without consent
5.2 Prohibited Activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or use the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission (unless explicitly allowed)
5.3 Academic Integrity
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of Studi complies with your educational institution's academic integrity policies
- Studi is a study tool and should not be used to violate academic honesty policies
- We are not responsible for any academic consequences resulting from your use of the Service
6. AI SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

- Studi uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards, which may contain errors or inaccuracies
- AI-Generated Content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed and verified by you
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-Generated Content
- You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any AI-Generated Content before use
6.2 AI Limitations
- AI processing may not always capture all important information from your content
- AI may misinterpret or miss certain concepts, definitions, or details
- The quality of AI-Generated Content depends on the quality and clarity of your User Content
- AI models are continuously improved, and results may vary over time
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

7.1 Free and Premium Features
Studi may offer both free and premium (paid) features. Premium features may require a subscription.
7.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, etc.)
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or app store
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
7.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods, and we will notify you in advance.
7.4 Refunds
Refund policies are subject to the terms of your app store (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.). We do not provide direct refunds except as required by law.
8. PRIVACY

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES

- DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE

- ACADEMIC CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Studi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
12. TERMINATION

12.1 Termination by You
You may stop using Studi at any time by deleting the app or your account.
12.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
- We may delete your account and User Content (subject to our Privacy Policy)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
