In this unit on the Ancient Egypt, students will using their Textbook with Common Core Standards in History to take create a collage that address the big question stated above. Students will examine a ancient Egyptian social structures and explore how they organized their society.
Time Frame two weeks.
Culminating activity: Students will take part in socratic seminar answering the question, "How does ancient Egypt structure their society and how does it compare to Ancient Mesopotamia?"

Students will find images that define their assigned social class from Ancient Egypt and the corresponding social class for Mesopotamia. Students used Google image search and the copy the image URL by right clicking (ALT + CLICK).Then students then used Google Draw and click on insert picture, by URL and place picture on the page. Their selected pictures should define the social class that they were assigned in class.
