At Student Management, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in our mobile application (the "App").
No Personal Data Collection: The App is designed to function entirely offline. We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information (such as student names, grades, photos, phone numbers, or attendance records) on external servers. All information you input into the App remains strictly on your device.
To provide the App’s features, we may request access to certain device features:
Camera / Photo Library: Used solely to allow you to select or take a photo for student profile pictures. Photos are processed locally on your device.
Storage: Used to store the local database (student_management.db) and student images on your device.
We do not access your photos, files, or camera for any other purpose.
All data, including student profiles, grades, assignments, and attendance logs, is stored locally on your device using a secure SQLite database. Deleting the App from your device will permanently remove all stored student data.
The App does not use any third-party tracking tools, analytics, or advertising SDKs that gather or share your information.
Since we do not collect any personal information from any users, including children, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately once updated in the App Store or Google Play Store.
