Studently Terms of Use
Effective Date: August 23, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Studently application.
By downloading, accessing, or using Studently, you agree to these Terms.
Studently is an academic planning, focus, organization, and AI-assisted study tool.
The app may provide features including course organization, schedules, topics, assignments, exams, focus sessions, study materials, notes, and AI-generated study experiences.
Studently is intended to assist your learning and organization. It does not replace your school, university, teacher, instructor, tutor, curriculum, or other official academic source.
You are responsible for the courses, schedules, notes, materials, files, topics, and other information you enter or provide to Studently.
You should only upload or provide content that you have the right to use.
Your locally stored academic information remains under your control and can generally be removed by deleting the relevant content or removing the application from your device.
Studently may use artificial intelligence to generate:
explanations
summaries
examples
exercises
feedback
visual or conceptual explanations
study guidance
other educational content
AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular academic context.
You are responsible for verifying important academic information with appropriate authoritative sources.
Studently does not guarantee grades, exam performance, academic outcomes, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
AI-generated content should not be treated as an official curriculum, instructor assessment, examination answer key, or professional academic advice.
Some Studently features require a paid Studently Pro subscription.
Studently Pro may include features such as additional course capacity and access to premium study functionality.
Available features may change as the product evolves.
Studently Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID according to the pricing displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.
Your subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled according to Apple's subscription rules.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Studently does not independently process subscription payments.
Refund requests are handled according to Apple's applicable policies.
Studently is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We may update, modify, add, restrict, replace, or discontinue features as the application develops.
AI services and other third-party-dependent functionality may occasionally be unavailable due to network conditions, provider availability, technical maintenance, system restrictions, or other circumstances outside Studently's direct control.
You agree not to misuse Studently or attempt to:
interfere with the operation or security of the application
reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law
abuse AI or other service infrastructure
use Studently for unlawful purposes
intentionally submit harmful or malicious content
circumvent subscription or access restrictions
Studently is a study-support product.
Nothing generated or displayed by Studently constitutes a guarantee of academic success or an official assessment of your knowledge.
You remain responsible for your academic work, submissions, examinations, citations, and compliance with the rules and academic-integrity requirements of your educational institution.
Studently relies on services provided by Apple and other third parties.
Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms, licenses, and policies.
Studently is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Studently and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or academic losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Studently.
This includes reliance on AI-generated information, missed deadlines, lost study data, unavailable services, or academic decisions made based on information provided by the application.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
These Terms may be updated from time to time as Studently evolves.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its effective date.
Continued use of Studently after an update means the updated Terms will apply to your use of the application.
Your use of Studently is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and policies.
Where Studently is distributed through Apple's App Store, Apple's applicable Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) may also apply.
