Student support Group (s.S.G)
What is the S.S.G?
For those who are in need of company and support, the S.S.G is there to become friends and listeners for you. Here, we will entertain the students with interactive games, such as Kahoot, Scribble.IO, Skits, etc., to teach them about social and academic life. Our product is created by students who have been in similar situations: Stress, Peer Pressure, and several more. Kids will be able to make friends with one another, as well as having the s.s.g members to be there for them. So come join us!
Upcoming Programs
This is a virtual program held for those within the Evergreen District to those in 3rd-5th grade. Once you email the S.S.G team to apply, we will send a Google Classroom code where Zoom links and upcoming activities will be posted for our sessions.
Monday from 1-2:30 pm, we will discuss with the kids about bullying and how to stand up to it. We will have the kids create a little skit based on bullying, so that they can see how to handle these kinds of situations.
Wednesday from 1-2:30 pm, we will have a small review of what we have learned on Monday. The activity based on this topic, will be a small Kahoot quiz, 7-10 questions, and they will create a small drawing if wanted.

All About the S.S.G Members
Hello, I am Suchi Poladia. I am in 8th Grade. My business, S.S.G, is there to support and educate children about struggles in daily life. I have experience working with students; I have created a small business where I have taught G.K, my friend taught art, and my other friends taught tinker and science. I am a team worker as well as a hard worker. I try my best to succeed whether it is hard or easy and always try my best. I really enjoy working with both animals and young children since they light up my day. One of my favorite hobbies is to read.
Hi, my name is Abigail Kim, and the grade that I am in is 7th. Some things that I have experienced personally are leadership lessons, working with other students, and being part of the speech team at my middle school. In the business, the S.S.G, I prioritize supporting and accompanying children who are in need of someone to be with. I am a hard worker that is determined to accomplish any tasks provided, and tries to motivate others. During my free time, a few activities that I enjoy doing are reading, writing stories, and going for a run.
Hi, my name is Elise Nguyen. I am in 7th grade. Our business is based off of supporting other younger students in their personal and school life. In S.S.G my job is to make a conversation with the student and support them as a friend. I have experience by attending to debate school, tutoring younger students, and I am in a leadership class currently. I am a inspired hard worker who does their job with a passion. Out of enjoyment, I love communicating with younger peers and students. A hobby I enjoy is going outdoors and taking a walk.
Hello, my name is Mihir Khedkar. I am an 8th grader who goes to Chaboya Middle School. Our business S.S.G is here to help students with any struggles with school and social life. Some of my hobbies are that I help people with emotional stress and I love to sing songs which boost confidence and give people a chance. Many kids in school have to deal with bullies because either they have a disability to learn or they cannot do simple things like talking normally.
