Account authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. Your password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not included in the profile registration information sent by the App to our backend services.
• Locally Stored Information:
The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as app preferences, learning preferences, bookmarks, test history, and other information required for the App to provide its features. Local information remains on your device unless it is cleared or removed through available App or device controls.
• Device and Security Information:
The App may process device-related information, including a device identifier, when required for device-change requests, security verification, authentication-related security processes, notifications, or other necessary App functionality.
• Notification Information:
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to provide push notifications. A notification token may be processed and stored as necessary to deliver notifications to your device.
• App Usage and Technical Information:
Information related to App usage, performance, crashes, and technical operation may be processed to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
• Advertising Information:
Third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob may process information, including advertising-related identifiers, in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable settings.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information described above for the following purposes:
• To create and manage user accounts and profiles.
• To provide learning content and educational features.
• To maintain and improve App functionality and performance.
• To provide and manage push notifications, including updates, ITI admission information, exam information, and job alerts.

• To maintain the security, reliability, and proper operation of the App.

• Cloudflare Workers — used as a backend service for processing certain requests between the App and our backend systems.
• Supabase — used for certain backend data storage and database services associated with the App.

5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed through the App.
The App uses HTTPS/TLS for applicable network communications. Authentication credentials are handled through Firebase Authentication, and the App does not include the user's password in the profile registration request sent to our backend.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable steps to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the App's services, support security and technical operations, comply with applicable obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of our services.
Information stored locally on your device may remain there until you clear the applicable App data, remove the information through available App controls, or otherwise remove it from your device.
Information processed by third-party service providers may be retained according to their respective policies and applicable requirements.
7. Your Choices
Depending on the features available in the App, you may have choices regarding:
• Push notifications through your device settings.
• Locally stored App data and learning history through available App controls or device settings.
• Advertising and advertising-related settings provided by Google or your device.
• Deleting your account and requesting deletion of account-related or login-related information as described in Section 8.

Changing certain settings may affect some App features or services.
8. Account and Login Data Deletion
If you want to delete your account and associated login data, you can use the Delete Account option available in the Profile section of the App.
After you delete your account using the Delete Account option, if you want to request deletion of any remaining account-related or login-related information that may still be retained in our services, please send a request to:

When sending the request, please use the email address associated with your account where possible and mention that your request is for account and login data deletion.
This allows us to identify and process your request appropriately.

The App is intended to provide educational information and services. We do not knowingly request unnecessary personal information from children.
