To request account deletion, users may:
Contact their educational institution administrator, OR
Send an email request to:

Please include:
Full Name
Register Number / User ID
Institution Name
Registered Email Address
for verification purposes.
After verification, eligible account data will be deleted within 7 working days unless retention is required for legal or academic obligations.
