Stay-In Rules and Regulations
1. NO ordering-in food/ nights out
2. NO taking lift
3. NO half-naked outside bunk
4. NO using phone after Lights Out
5. NO smoking at non-designated smoking points
6. ENSURE proper bearings
7. ENSURE proper attire at Levels 1,2,3
8. ENSURE bunks are in SBA condition every morning
9. ENSURE no trash in the corridors at ALL times
COVID Measures
1. If you are experiencing any ARI symptoms, report sick immediately
RSI Procedures
MUST inform IC and PM Frame Commander before breakfast.
Report to the MO by:
0800hrs (ARI Symptoms)
1000hrs (Others)
For RSO on weekends
MUST inform both Frame Commander and ICs before reporting sick.
MUST inform Frame Frame Commander if/when u get administered a swab test or status or going to be admitted immediately.
There is no need to upload your MCs/Status if you RSI

Every Wednesday night, all Driving Course Bunks will be doing a full wipe down and cleaning of your own bunks.
We will be going Bunk-by-Bunk to provide all of you with the cleaning detergent.
Each bunk is to standby 1 pail of water 3/4 filled, to receive the detergent at approximately 1900hrs.
Make sure these parts of your bunks are cleaned with the detergent:
1. Bed frames
2. Lockers
3. Windows
Fans and Floors MUST be cleared of dust.
Your own Block's toilet is to be cleaned as well.

0545 - ALL to FALL-IN @ loading bay before proceeding for breakfast
0550 - Frame IC account for strength & report to Ops Room using following template before marching off:
0600 - Frame to walk to cookhouse in an orderly manner together, SCAN & CONSUME breakfast.
ALL to maintain 1M SDM, Frame/Group IC n 2IC to enforce.
0630 - Board bus to training areas.
(only move off once all strength accounted for)
Frame IC to send Bus Strength template with timing once moved off & reached
0730 to 1730 - Training commences @ your respective training areas
1800 ~ Board bus back to SBC.
(only move off once all strength accounted for)
Frame IC to send Bus Strength template with timing once moved off and reached back.
1900 ~ Arrived back at SBC.
2000 - Admin time/Area Cleaning
Frame IC to update Ops Room immediately if any last minute changes in Stay-In strength
2230 - Lights Out
Anyone caught using phone after Lights Out WILL be punished accordingly
