Flying trainers are a subset of riding trainers that are only different by title and otherwise teach similar [Riding] skills. Only flying trainers in Pandaria teach [Wisdom of the Four Winds] which allows flying at level 90 in Pandaria.
Stronghold Kingdoms Trainer
One companion can be assigned on a mission to train them to boost their stats for one to four weeks, during which time the companion leaves your party. Every 18 hours, your Knights and Sergeants get a chance to raise their stats up to their trainer's stats. The knights' training maxes at the given companion's stats, while the sergeants max a bit below that value (see the notes of the following formulas).

Despite this, you should still visit a Riding Trainer to level up your Riding skill and allow access to faster mount movement in the old world.
As you are no longer required to visit your class trainer in order to learn new abilities and talents, the majority of them are omitted from this guide. Only specialist trainers such as the Portal Trainer for Mages remain relevant NPCs in Dragonflight.
