StringTension is a mobile application (the "App") developed by MalbyTech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent about our practices.

Racquet Names
Racquet Area (numerical value)
Racquet Area Unit (e.g., cm², in²)
String Pattern (e.g., 16x19)
Racquet Diameter (numerical value)
Selected Language (Italian or English)
Tension Data (calculated and stored locally during use)
Device Information: The App does not collect any device-specific information (e.g., device ID, model, operating system).
Microphone Access: The App may request access to the device microphone for certain features (e.g., audio input). Audio data is not transmitted or stored externally and remains on your device.
We use the information you provide only for the following purposes:
To Provide App Functionality: Your data is used to calculate string tension and manage your racquet information.
To Customize Your Experience: Selected language preference is used to display the App in your preferred language.
Data Storage: All data entered is stored locally on your device.
No Data Sharing: MalbyTech does not share your data with any third parties.
No Internet Connectivity: The App operates offline. No data is transmitted to or from any server.
No Sales of Data: MalbyTech does not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your data.
Third-Party Libraries: Some libraries may be used for local functionality; they do not transmit your data externally. MalbyTech is not responsible for their privacy policies.
Local Storage: Data is stored on your device. Security depends on measures you take (e.g., passcode, biometric authentication).
Encryption: The App does not implement encryption for data at rest.
MalbyTech Responsibility: We take reasonable measures to maintain secure code, but cannot guarantee complete security.
Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.
Data Access: You can view your entered data by examining the App’s internal storage.
App Uninstallation: You may delete the App at any time, which removes all stored data.
MalbyTech may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will post changes on this page. It is your responsibility to review it periodically.
