StrideFlow is a walking and activity tracking app developed by StrideFlow. This Privacy Policy explains how the app collects, uses and protects user data.
By using StrideFlow, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
StrideFlow may collect and use the following types of information:
Account information
If you sign in with Google, the app may access basic account information such as your email address, display name and profile photo. This information is used only to create and manage your account inside the app.
Activity and step data
StrideFlow uses activity recognition and step tracking data to count steps, show daily progress, calculate walking statistics, display goals and provide reminders. This data is used for general fitness and personal activity insights.
Manually entered walking data
If you manually add walking sessions, the app may store details such as step count, walking surface, difficulty level, date, time and calculated walking load.
Subscription and purchase data
StrideFlow uses Google Play Billing to manage Premium subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by Google Play. StrideFlow does not collect or store your full payment card details.
Device and technical data
The app may use basic technical information needed for app functionality, authentication, crash prevention, subscription verification and service improvement.
2. How we use information
StrideFlow uses collected information to:
provide step tracking and walking statistics;
show daily, weekly and monthly activity progress;
calculate walking load and personal goals;
save user preferences and activity history;
support Google Sign-In;
manage Premium access and purchase restoration;
send optional activity reminders;
improve app stability and user experience.
3. Health and fitness data
StrideFlow is intended for general fitness, walking motivation and personal activity tracking.
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease monitoring or emergency health services. Any activity information shown in the app is for personal reference only.
4. Data sharing
StrideFlow does not sell personal data.
Some data may be processed by third-party services required for app functionality, including:
Google Firebase, for authentication and app-related services;
Google Play Billing, for subscription management;
Google Play Services, for Google Sign-In and platform functionality.
These services process data according to their own privacy policies and security standards.
5. Data storage and security
StrideFlow uses reasonable technical measures to protect user data. Some app data may be stored locally on your device, and account-related data may be processed through Google Firebase.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect user information using standard platform security practices.
6. User control and data deletion
You can stop using the app at any time.
You may also uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device.

7. Children’s privacy
StrideFlow is not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Please include the Google email address connected to your StrideFlow account.
After receiving your request, we will delete or anonymize account-related data associated with StrideFlow, including account profile data and app-related activity records that can be linked to your account, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention or payment record purposes.
Local data stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data in Android settings.
Google Play purchase and subscription records are managed by Google Play. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play.
