PLENARY SESSIONS

Saurav Atri is a Regional Director for Southeast Asia at Gallup. Saurav manages a growing sales team that provides learning and development programs and consulting services worldwide to companies seeking to improve business performance through employee engagement, strengths-based development, management and leadership. He brings Gallup's mission to life through this work by leveraging analytics, advice and education to help organizations solve their most pressing problems by understanding the attitudes and behaviors of employees, customers and citizens.

For six years, Saurav served in a dual role with Gallup as Director of Talent Sourcing for the Southeast Asia, Pacific, Middle East and Europe regions, and Learning Business Partner to Gallup's clients across Southeast Asia, Pacific and Middle East. In these roles, he served as a strategic adviser to senior executives and leaders across industries, applying Gallup science to improve business outcomes. Saurav is also an executive strengths coach and leads Gallup’s learning programs for leaders for clients across APAC and Middle East regions.

Prior to Gallup, he worked across India and the Middle East in marketing consulting, education, financial services and as a sports management entrepreneur, managing the Indian National Hockey Team.

Saurav has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Delhi University and an MBA in strategy, leadership and marketing from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India.

Pia Nazareno-Acevedo plays several trailblazing roles in the area of Globally Accredited Coaching and Mentoring, Leadership Development and Behavioral Economics. She is the country representative of Gallup, the ASEAN Head of the International Authority on Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) and the CEO and Co-founder of her company, The OneCORE, celebrating its 10th year this year.

She is the leading Life Coach favored by the country’s chief executives, media personalities, and key social influencers. Coach Pia is likewise consistently invited to give talks and workshops in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, Paris, London and Rome on personal effectiveness, performance management, leadership, marriage, and parenting. She has represented the Philippines as a speaker in the Gallup CliftonStrengths Summit in the U.S.A and pioneered joint projects and research with her professors at the Harvard Business School where she is currently finishing her studies in Behavioral Economics, Strategic IQ and Authentic Leadership Development.

Committed to reaching out to more individuals, Coach Pia continues to share basic knowledge on making Better Life Decisions on the radio and television through ABS CBN, GMA, Teleradyo DZMM, TV5 on Relasyon and Metro Radio Plus Hong Kong. She was also the Certified Life Coach for ABS-CBN's reality show, I Do, in 2014.

Coach Pia is also a Best-Selling Author and launched her first book, Born To Be A Hero, in 2010. Her second book, Focus On What Matters, was launched in 2016. She will be launching her third book in 2020.

Coach Apa is a member of the board of directors of the only wish-granting foundation in the Philippines for critically-ill children, an avid storyteller, and a worship minister.

Apa is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an internationally certified DDI® facilitator, with more than 15 years of experience in coaching. Apa recently completed Gallup’s course for the Builder Profile Assessment and is a Gallup-trained BP10 coach.

To date, Coach Apa has coached a wide roster of international clients who come from various locations like Peru, Singapore, South Africa, Great Britain, Turks and Caicos, US, Australia, Canada, Turkey, South Korea, and the Philippines.

Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Apa gained over 20 years of exposure in the fields of human resources, marketing, customer service, and corporate affairs. This he learned from the academe and working with the airline, financial, mining, and power generation industries.

Currently, Coach Apa is lined up to be one of the first global coaches for Strengths-based Parenting. Apa aims to inspire achievers and teams by helping them discover and live their passion through Strengths.

Coach Lillibeth is a life-long entrepreneur who gained her experience from running and operating her family’s business of manufacturing and constructing prefabricated building systems.

Lillibeth became a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach in 2016 with the intention of developing her growing team of employees through Strengths. This 2019, Lillibeth also became a Certified Points-of-You Master Practitioner, having finished the L3 Workshop in Vietnam.

Lillibeth’s approach blends the best of Points-of-You with Strengths Coaching together. She has personally seen the welcoming improvement to the way her own employees have opened up their hearts and interest to understand their Strengths and each other better.

Coach Lillibeth wants to help others see the best of themselves. As a Strengths Coach and business owner, Lillibeth is passionate about using Strengths and Points-of-You in turning the workplace into one that is happy, productive, and enjoyable.

Coach Elmo has over 20 years’ experience as a people manager, designing and implementing employee engagement programs and leading culture change. Elmo gained his coaching experience as an Internal Corporate Coach for 15 years before starting Strengths Coaching in 2017.

Elmo is an Independent Consultant, Gallup-certified Strengths, Gallup-trained Builder Talent Coach, and a Certified Contact Operations Performance Center (COPC) Implementation Leader. A voracious learner, Elmo is currently undergoing the Transformative Coach course under Coach Masters Academy (Cohort 184), training to be a WIAL Action Learning Coach, as well as undertaking the IncredibleCoach program, a coaching program by Brandon and Analyn Miller, authors of Play to their Strengths.

Elmo was among 3 of the Philippine delegates who attended the Gallup CliftonStrengths Summit in Omaha, Nebraska in 2019. There he completed Gallup’s How Millennials Want to Work and Live workshop. He was also a chosen speaker at PH HR Congress last August, 2019.

Coach Elmo is passionate about helping individuals and teams discover their talents and unleash it into strengths. With coaching, he partners with people to learn, grow and succeed in life. For Elmo, coaching is a way of doing his part in changing the world, one conversation at a time.

Coach Joey is a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach, life coach, and thought partner, whose goal is to provoke deep reflection in others.

For Joey, she believes in the great potential of each person to make a positive difference in the world. She believes that all of a person’s life experiences, both joyful and painful, converge to produce a beautiful and unique core being—a life purpose—that inspires hope and courage.

Through increasing awareness of this core being is what sparks creativity, delight, and excellence, Coach Joey encourages people to pause, ponder, and put to test this awareness through authentic and meaningful conversations.

Coach Bernard has been a Gallup-Certified Coach since 2015. He considers himself as one of the pioneers of Strengths Coaching in the Philippines, having been able to attend Strengths Advisor training conducted by Curt Liesveld himself at the Gallup office in Washington, D.C. in 2013.

Bernard is also a certified EQ coach under Six Seconds, a company based in San Francisco, USA and a certified ThinkBuzanTM MindMapping (UK) Instructor for over seven years. He was directly mentored by Tony Buzan on programs for Creativity, Innovation, Speed Reading and Memory excellence.

Before becoming a Strengths Coach, Bernard actively managed and oversaw Training for Coffeebean and Tea Leaf, Wingstop, and Nono’s retail group as the former SR Training Director for Table Group Inc.

Leandro "Leo" Castillo has more than eighteen years of experience in organizational development, focusing primarily in leadership development, team dynamics, and culture change programs.

His clients include many of the top local and multinational companies, not just in the Philippines, but in the world. He has successfully conducted multiple programs for diverse cultures and audiences in Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan, and China.

Leo is known for developing small and large scale leadership development engagements, as well as his dynamic and creative presentation and facilitation skills. He has diagnosed, designed, developed, and delivered various OD interventions for groups as small as six to as large as 2000 people.

In 2016-2017 alone, he led leadership and culture programs for C-Suite Leadership teams and ran interventions for the executive management teams (composed of locals and expats) of Nestle Philippines, Wyeth Nutrition, ING Shared Services, PwC, and SM.

Prior to his work in consulting, he was a product manager and ASEAN technical specialist for retail industry solutions for IBM Philippines.

He is a graduate of De La Salle University in Manila and completed his MBA in Globis University Graduate School of Management in Tokyo, Japan. Leo is also a WIAL Certified Action Learning Coach, founder of WIAL Philippines, and is now a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.

Val Baguios III is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach & Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. He is currently working as a coaching and development consultant with over 500 hrs of one-on-one coaching experience with leaders, business owners and executives.

Val aims to help organizations align their leadership development efforts to their strategy and culture through thoughtful consulting and actual one-on-one coaching

In his 4 years as an executive coach, he has more than 250 hours of Strengths Coaching with over 35 individual managers. He also led a team of coaches in implementing a program for one of the top telecom companies in the Philippines and its 28 leaders.

Coach Val is currently finishing his Master's degree in Organizational Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University.

Lippy

Coach Lippy considers himself ‘nerdly passionate’ about creating positive change, especially in the workplace. Through coaching and combining other methodologies to support strengths, Lippy has helped people become more confident in making things happen, and in understanding self and others, with their strengths.

Lippy began coaching in 2014. He became a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach in 2015 and has been Strengths Coaching ever since. He was part of the first batch of Strengths Coaches trained in the Philippines. Lippy was also the first coach to be certified in the Philippines from that pioneer batch.

Lippy recently spoke at PMAP conference 2019 in Cebu about developing ready made leaders, and has currently finished an advanced training for mastery coaching intensive.

Coach May Soriano is the Chief Empowerment Officer of Coachmay, Inc. and has a solid 20 years of experience in coaching, training, and consulting. She is one of the pioneers of Life, Executive, and Corporate coaching in the Philippines. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a graduate of the ICF-accredited, Coaches Training Institute (CTI), USA. She is one of the first Filipinos to finish the Co-Active Leadership Course and is a member of the international community of leaders called WE-LEAD. She is also an exclusive member of CoachSource, a worldwide organization of Executive Coaches.

She practices strengths-based and values-based coaching, as well as training workshops, to help individuals bring out the best in themselves. She continues to work with different groups, teams, and executives in top local and international corporations.

She is dedicated to propagating and growing the coaching profession in the Philippines. She also mentors and trains new coaches through the different programs she designs with Passion, Integrity, and Heart.

In 2017, Coach May was awarded as one of the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders by the World Coaching Congress. She is the only Filipino international facilitator for the Points of You, a creative tool for coaching, and conducts workshops in many parts of the world. She is also a member of the Strengths Council of the community of Gallup-Certified Strengths Coaches in the Philippines.
