True Healing Begins When You Allow Yourself To Feel.
Unhealed wounds weigh heavily on the heart. They quietly drain our joy, our energy, and our ability to truly connect with others, especially the people we care about most. The Invisible Wounds Journal was born from the Invisible Wounds Poem. When I wrote that poem, I was silently carrying anger, resentment, and bitterness. I kept hoping the pain would fade on its own, but it never did. It wasn’t until I gave myself permission to face what hurt me that real healing began. That’s when my wounds began to turn into scars.
The Invisible Wounds Journal is a space to do that same work. It offers you the tools to release what you’ve been holding in and make room for emotional freedom, resilience, and peace.
