To initiate a return, please provide the following:

Please don't forget to share the tracking number of the return package with us. 

We request that you do so within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.

• After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return.

• Please allow at least nine (9) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

• We will send you a message via email when your refund has been sent. 

• Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
