SAMUEL E. WOOD AWARD
This prestigious award is self-nominated and recognizes seniors who have significantly contributed their time and talents in student activities, leadership and scholastic ability. A committee comprised of faculty, administrators and students makes the selection and only one percent of the student body is chosen to receive this award. To those seniors who receive the Samuel E. Wood Medallion Award, it brings prestige and honor, as it is the highest non-academic award any student at UW-Stout can achieve. The award is presented at the Annual Leadership Awards Banquet.
Sponsored by: Stout Student Association
Each spring, we honor and recognize all of the truly wonderful leaders that we have on campus at the Annual Leadership Awards Banquet. Look for details on OrgSync and in Campus Life Today in the Spring Semester.
