This Week:

Week of June 8 - 11: Revisit Quadratics

Aim for the Week: Now that we've covered great territories of math 2+, time is ripe for us to revisit quadratics. As I've shared with you throughout the year, quadratics is a leap from linear equations of math 1, with some new vernaculars (roots, zeroes, discriminants, etc) and techniques (completing the square, vertex form, quadratic formula, etc). As a start, we will take an assessment on Illuminate, then do some exercises. As the understanding of quadratics is foundational to math 3+ and calculus, I plan to keep putting up problems for those who wish to enter next year on strong footing
