This Privacy Policy explains how DNSE SECURITIES JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("DNSE", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application StoryMate: AI Character Chat (the "App").

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

1. What the App is

StoryMate: AI Character Chat is an entertainment application that lets you browse fictional AI characters, view their media, and chat with AI-generated replies. Characters and conversations are simulated for entertainment. They are not real people and do not represent real individuals.

2. Information we may process

Depending on how you use the App, we may process:

a) Profile preferences you choose

- Display name or nickname you enter

- Age range / preference selections during setup

- Interest tags you select to personalize recommendations

- Avatar selection or a profile image you choose to set

b) In-app activity

- Characters you open, favorite, or chat with

- Messages you send in chat sessions

- Media you open (photos/videos) and unlock actions

- Language selection and basic settings

c) Technical and diagnostic data

- Device type, OS version, app version

- Approximate network/connection status needed for online features

- Crash/diagnostic logs used to keep the App stable

d) Advertising-related identifiers

- Advertising identifiers and related signals used by ad SDKs to show ads and measure performance, subject to your device/ad settings

We do not ask for payment card details inside this free ad-supported App.

3. Why we process information

We process information to:

- Operate core features (discover, search, chat, reels/stories, gallery, inbox, profile)

- Personalize character suggestions based on preferences you provide

- Deliver AI chat responses and related entertainment features

- Show ads and support unlock flows for certain media

- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and understand feature usage

- Respond to support or deletion requests

- Meet legal or safety obligations when required

4. AI chat content

Messages you send may be processed by AI services so the App can generate a reply. Do not share sensitive personal data (for example passwords, financial account numbers, government IDs, or private contact details of others) in chat.

AI replies are automated and may be inaccurate. Use the App for entertainment only.

5. Ads and third-party services

The App may include advertising and analytics SDKs (for example Google services and other ad/mediation partners). Those partners may collect or receive device and usage signals under their own policies.

We may also use cloud providers needed to run chat or content features.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with:

- Service providers that help us run the App (hosting, analytics, ads, crash reporting, AI processing)

- Authorities when legally required

- Parties involved in a corporate reorganization, if applicable

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including App operation, support, security, and legal requirements. You may request deletion as described below.

8. Your choices and requests

You may:

- Update preferences in the App settings where available

- Change language and profile options in-app

- Control ads/tracking options through your device settings where available

- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing maivantu344@gmail.com

If the App provides an in-app delete-account flow, you may use that as well.

9. Children

The App is intended for users 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Security

We apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the App. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. International processing

Because the App uses online services, information may be processed on servers located outside Vietnam. Where required, we take steps consistent with applicable law for such transfers.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy, unless applicable law requires additional consent.
