AGE REQUIREMENTS

- Additional features as described in the App
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
Free Credits
Free users receive a limited number of credits to generate stories. Credits are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
App Ownership
The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

AI Content Disclaimer
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material
- We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content generated by the AI
- You should review and verify all generated content before use
- Generated content may not always meet your expectations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data or content
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
- Damages resulting from AI-generated content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time
- Discontinue or modify the App or its features
- Remove or delete your content if you violate these Terms
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by:
