STORMHAWK (package com.mame.stormhawk) is developed and published by Miguel Angel Villar. Contact: apalabrados.co@gmail.com. This policy explains what the application collects on Google Play (Android) and on the App Store (iPhone and iPad), why, and what you can do about it.
THE SHORT VERSION
STORMHAWK has no accounts, no login and no registration. It does not ask for your name, your email or any other personal detail. Your game progress is stored on your device only. The one thing that leaves your phone is what the Google AdMob advertising SDK needs in order to show ads.
WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY
Game progress stays on your device. Save slots, coins, unlocked planes, medals, records, language and settings are written to the app's local storage on your phone. They are not uploaded anywhere, we cannot see them, and they are lost if you uninstall the app.
2. Advertising identifier and device data, collected by Google AdMob. The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure those ads, and to prevent ad fraud, AdMob may collect your advertising identifier (the AAID on Android, the IDFA on iPhone and iPad), approximate (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, device model and operating system version, and ad interaction data. This data is processed by Google, not by us: we never receive it, and we have no access to any identifier that points at you. 3. Crash and diagnostic data. Google Play and Apple may report anonymous crash and performance information to us so we can fix faults. It is aggregated and does not identify you.
We do not collect contacts, photos, files, precise location, microphone or camera data. On Android the app requests a single permission, INTERNET, needed only to load ads. On iPhone and iPad it requests no device permissions at all; the only thing it asks for is your answer to Apple's tracking prompt, described below.
CHILDREN
STORMHAWK is rated for a general audience but, because it shows advertising using an advertising identifier, it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the ads shown in the game, contact us and we will help you raise it with Google.
YOUR CHOICES
On iPhone and iPad, the first time you open the game Apple asks whether STORMHAWK may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites. If you decline, the game does not use your IDFA and you simply get non-personalised ads; nothing else changes. You can change your answer at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
On Android, reset or delete your advertising ID from Settings > Google > Ads. There you can also opt out of ad personalisation entirely; the game keeps working, with non-personalised ads.
In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form (UMP) on first launch, and your choice is respected. You can change it later from the settings above.
Delete everything: uninstalling STORMHAWK removes all game data from your device permanently, on either platform. There is no server copy to request or erase.

DATA SHARING AND RETENTION
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone other than Google as the advertising provider described above. We hold no personal data on any server of ours, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. All transmission between the app and Google's services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, the updated text will be published at this same address and the date at the top will change.
